Built in 1997 and renovated in 2016, Villa Splendore offers Caribbean living at its best. From the moment you walk through the front doors, you will feel welcomed by the comfortable and beautifully decorated interior.
The air-conditioned great room is the centerpiece of this stunning home, with the living room, interior dining table and fully equipped kitchen, all which open up to the covered deck with outside dining, sun deck, pool and hot tub. Located on either side of the great room, are the two air-conditioned master bedrooms, each with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with garden showers. The loft bedroom is accessed up a spiral staircase and includes two twin beds.
For those looking to work on their golden tans, the pool and sun deck enjoy all day sun or for those that prefer some shade, you can sit back and relax in one of the outdoor chairs. LOCATION: At the south tip of the peninsula between Great Cruz Bay Harbor and Chocolate Hole Harbor is a perfect place called Maria Bluff. With a mix of luxury residential and rental homes, Maria Bluff offers the best of the Caribbean. Villa Splendore is no exception, with its stunning views of Great Cruz Bay Harbor and across to St. Thomas, no matter which way you turn, you will be in awe as you gaze out to the magnificent views. By day, you will enjoy the ever changing colors of the turquoise blue seas and as evening settles in, you will want to be home, as the magnificent and fiery sunsets are something to behold. Located just a 5 - 6 minute drive from Cruz Bay, you can easily access the shops, grocery stores and the first class restaurants in Cruz Bay.
LIVING & DINING: The air-conditioned living and dining areas are located in the center of this beautiful home. The home includes a comfortable sectional couch, which wraps around and offers plenty of seating for up to 6 people. After a day of exploring, you will enjoy an evening in, spending time together, playing games or streaming your favorite show or sports game on your TV. The home also includes internet, WiFi, and a stereo.
The interior and exterior dining tables both seat 6 and no matter which table you choose to dine at, you will enjoy dining with a view.
KITCHEN: The kitchen opens to the interior living and dining area, and looks out to the beautiful ocean views. Should you be the designated 'chef' during your stay, you will not be disappointed, as the kitchen is well equipped, and if your family and friends like to congregate in the kitchen, the open floor plan allows for time together to create those special memories. Included with the kitchen is a 4 burner electric cooktop, SS appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, gas BBQ grill, and the ever important blender to create your favorite evening cocktail or morning smoothie.
BEDROOMS: The two master bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the great room. Each includes a king bed, split a/c unit, TV, and en-suite bath with garden showers. Both master bedrooms have screened French doors that open onto the deck and each morning when you open your eyes, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The 3rd loft bedroom is accessed up a spiral staircase and includes two twin beds, which can be converted to a king. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main level.
