As you step into the villa, the layout unfolds with the main house to the right and the three-level guest house to the left. The main house features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a charming dining area, a full bathroom, a cozy sitting area with a trundle bed, and a master bedroom—each room offering stunning views of the turquoise waters of Rendezvous Bay. The guest house houses three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and magnificent ocean views, along with two additional guest rooms and a sitting alcove on the lower level, accessible via an exterior staircase.

Prime Location: Villa Panache is ideally situated on the south shore of St. John in the prestigious Estate Rendezvous region. Only a 10-minute drive from Cruz Bay, you’ll find yourself conveniently close to shops, grocery stores, and fantastic restaurants. From your vantage point, gaze upon Ditleff Point, a protected peninsula that curves into the Caribbean, sheltering the pristine beaches of Klein Bay.

Living Room, Dining, and Kitchen: The expansive air-conditioned great room is tastefully decorated and offers a serene ambiance that envelops you upon entry. The living room features comfortable furnishings, making it a perfect space to unwind after exploring. Arched French doors lead to the spacious sundeck, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Whether you relax under the gazebo or on the inviting outdoor couches by the pool, you’ll find several cozy spots to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The interior dining table accommodates ten, with four additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen, conveniently located behind the dining area, is equipped for culinary creations, featuring a 6-burner gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave, an oversized refrigerator, a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, along with all necessary utensils, dishes, and cookware. If grilling suits your fancy, the outdoor bar area includes a gas BBQ grill and bar stools—a fantastic setting for enjoying a drink while your grill master prepares a delicious meal.

Bedrooms: Each of the six air-conditioned bedrooms is tastefully appointed.
