DESCRIPTION: Tennis Villa is a graceful and alluring 4 bedroom 4 bath home with a pool and private tennis court. This one story design is child friendly, spacious and comfortable. Only a few St. John villas combine this much space and privacy with such easy access to so many activities and amenities.

Tennis Villa consists of a 3 bedroom 3 bath main house plus a 1 bedroom 1 bath detached pool house. The main house contains a large, well equipped spacious kitchen plus the living and dining areas, while the pool house overlooks the all weather surface tennis court. The arched doorways of the living area of the great house flow into a large garden courtyard that encircles a 43- foot pool. The south-facing courtyard gets all day sun and affords privacy and sunset views.

In May of 2023, the regulation size tennis court was resurfaced and now includes markings for pickleball. Also included are tennis rackets, tennis balls, pickleball paddles and pickleball balls. Should you be an avid player for either sport, we recommend bringing your own rackets.
the owners added Tesla solar panels to both the main house, Tennis Villa and the guest cottage, Tennis Cottage. The battery back up system automatically kicks in should power be interrupted on the island.

A charming guest cottage, (Tennis Cottage), is located behind Tennis Villa in a concealed setting that insures that both Tennis Villa and Tennis Cottage are private and hidden from each others view. The 3- bedroom/3 bath Cottage has its own 40â€™ pool, kitchen and living room, a private driveway and south facing, scenic views of Chocolate Hole Harbor. Tennis Cottage can be rented with Tennis Villa as a 7 bedroom estate, or each villa can be rented separately.

LOCATION: Tennis Villa is located in Great Cruz Bay in a very convenient and appealing setting. It's an exceptional spot that enjoys excellent privacy and peace and quiet, and yet it's only a 5 minute drive in to Cruz Bay.

Tennis Villa sits on a large lot on the peninsula that separates Great Cruz Bay Harbor from Chocolate Hole Harbor, with picturesque views of both harbors. Both Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole Harbor are well-established and desirable neighborhoods that consist of expensive residential villas.

LIVING & DINING: The very spacious and comfortable living room contains 3 large arched doorways that are framed by stately columns and beautiful native stonework. Sliding glass screened doors recess into wall pockets and extend the living room onto the expansive garden patio and pool area. The arched doors open to gentle breezes and scenic harbor views and combine with cathedral ceilings and tropical furniture to create a relaxing summertime setting. A 56 inch flat screen TV and DVD, Bluetooth speaker, wireless internet and a regulation pool table are included.

The large table in the dining area seats 8-10 and there are breakfast and lunch tables on the pool deck that seat 4-6.

KITCHEN: This fabulous kitchen is definitely a gourmet's delight. It is very well equipped and includes a gas range and hood, ovens plus a microwave oven, white ceramic double sinks, 2 refrigerator freezers, toaster, blender and complete cookware, china and glassware. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen and a gas barbecue grill is on the patio. There is plenty of room for multiple chefs, and this spacious kitchen will easily handle a large group.

BEDROOMS: The four air conditioned bedrooms, (1 king, plus 3 kings that convert to 6 twins) and the four adjoining baths are comparable in size and furnishings. In order to insure sound and visual privacy there are no common walls between the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen cable TV and blue ray DVD player and there is abundant closet space, tasteful furnishings and an attached tiled bath. Three bedrooms (north, south and west bedrooms) are located in the main house while the fourth bedroom is housed in the pool house.

"We had an outstanding time in St John and loved staying at the tennis villa. Property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Very warm and welcoming to us the entire week. The place was perfect for two families of 4 with two teenagers each. Beaches are magical. We particularly loved trunk bay at sunset. We would come back to tennis villa

"This was our 4th time staying in a villa with Caribbean Villas of St. John. The villa was beautiful as always. It was perfect for our party of 7 in every way. Spacious outdoor area with an amazing pool for late evening cool offs. Wonderful big kitchen that was sufficiently equipped for any meal making adventure. Close to Cruz Bay for quick trips to town. Just phenomenal for all the right reasons. What a great time we had. This has always been the case and we anticipate Caribbean Villas to continue to deliver in the future. The planning has begun. "We were a family of seven, two grandparents, two daughters with husbands and one teenage grandchild coming from three cold New England states. It was blissful to be there. We went kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, beaching, and relaxing. The weather was amazing. The house incredible, comfortable, well equipped, perfect.

"Great spot for our group of friends to enjoy. Large kitchen with 2 refrigerators. Plenty of space to cook and grill. The large great roomdining area fit all of us comfortably. Pool deck and pool were in excellent condition with plenty of seating and views of 2 bays. If you want to play casual tennis, the court is nice, just bring grip tape for the available racquets and balls.

"The villa was perfect for our group of 8. All of the rooms were setup as kings for each couple with a bathroom in each one. Both the kitchen and living room area were big, so we had plenty of space. The pool was a big hit for everyone in our group as it was long and deep so everyone could swim at the same time. Though we didnt use the tennis court, we did get an opportunity to see a couple deer on the court one evening. The property was very beautiful with lots of trees, flowers and adorable tiny lizards. The night sky above the pool area was amazing and clear 90% of the trip, so perfect for those star gazers in the group. Well definitely try to stay at this villa again during our next visit and highly recommend staying on St. John. Everyone is extremely friendly and its great if you just want a relaxing vacation with peaceful evenings and it also has the best snorkeling.
