DESCRIPTION: Sapphire Breeze is 5 bedroom, 4 bath private villa with a pool, a/c in all rooms and has majestic panoramic views. This joyful villa is accented with Caribbean colors and artwork both inside and out, and when you arrive the happy and vibrant atmosphere will surely lift your spirits. The two-level design of this spacious home offers plenty of space to gather, yet it also includes private areas for you to relax and enjoy some alone time.

The main living area is an open floor plan, with adjoining kitchen, living and dining areas, all well equipped and beautifully decorated. Twins sets of arched 9ft high mahogany and glass French doors open to the pool deck that includes a covered gazebo with an 8-person dining table and a pool with an 8ft waterfall all to enjoy!

The two air-conditioned master bedrooms (outside access is a king, inside access is a king or can convert to twins) are located on opposite sides of the pool deck, and each offers gorgeous south facing views. To access the lower level, there is a spiral staircase from the sundeck down to the lower level. If you have stayed here before, the lower level apartment has been converted and includes 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed, which share a bathroom. The 5th bedroom, is a loft bedroom and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. This bedroom includes 4 twin beds or 2 kings, private bath with shower and of course, beautiful views!

LOCATION: Sapphire Breeze is located high on a ridgeline between Cruz Bay and Great Cruz Bay Harbor. The south orientation of this amazing home offers you panormaic views that include Great Cruz Bay Harbor, Chocolate Hole Harbor, out to Hart Bay and beyond. Though only a 4-5 minute drive on paved roads from Cruz Bay, the location offers you privacy, yet you are still close enough to easily enjoy all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores in town.

LIVING & DINING: The interior living room was designed for beauty as well as comfort. The furnishings will beckon you to kick back, put your feet up, and just relax. The home includes a new 50 inch flat screen TV for streaming. Or, if TV isn't your favorite past time, you can enjoy time out on your pool deck by relaxing in the sun or by taking a dip in the pool. The choice is yours!

The outside dining room table comfortably seats 8 and is located on the pool deck, under a covered gazebo. You will enjoy a delicious meal, while enjoying the magnificent view! If you prefer to dine inside, you can do so at the kitchen bar, which includes 4 bar stools.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has mahogany cabinets and stainless steel appliances. This well equipped kitchen is waiting for you to come prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen bar seats four and is a perfect spot to gather for morning coffee and breakfast.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms at Sapphire Breeze are beautifully decorated. The air-conditioned master bedroom on the right is accessed via the pool deck and includes a king bed, private bath with shower. This bedroom has two walls of glass looking out to the pool and the amazing views beyond! The 2nd air-conditioned master bedroom, located on the left side of the villa can be accessed from inside and has twin beds which can be converted to a king and includes a bath with tiled shower. The hot tub is located just outside this bedroom, so you can easily hop in to enjoy an evening tub. The 3rd & 4th air-conditioned king bedrooms are located on the lower level and are accessed by a spiral staircase off the pool deck. The 5th bedroom is the air-conditioned loft bedroom and includes 4 twins or 2 king beds, a private bath and is accessed by the spiral staircase in the living room.

"I stayed at Sapphire Breeze before. It is so beautiful! You overlook Cruz Bay. The sunsets are amazing. There were 7 of us and this Villa had so much room you never felt cramped! When you walk into the Villa there is a living room with tv, couch and full kitchen with washer and dryer. There is a bedroom off the kitchen with its own bathroom and shower and another bedroom which you get to outside the sliding door. It has its own entrance and privacy with bathroom and shower. Both bedrooms overlook Cruz Bay. When you walk outside onto the deck there is a beautiful table that accommodates 8 to 10 people. There is an infinity pool which overlooks Cruz Bay. They have a hot tub and grill. Upstairs there is a bedroom with its own bathroom and shower and a beautiful seating area. It has a small view of Cruz Bay. I stayed down in the lower level with a friend. It was fully equipped with fridge, microwave, Coffee maker. It did not have a stove. It has a bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. It accommodates 2 people, either with 2 separate beds or they can put them side by side for a king bed. It has a tv, couch, table for 4 and a wonderful view. Outside this room they have an amazing bar where you can sip drinks and look out on Cruz Bay. The Villa also includes chairs and coolers to take to the beach. We absolutely loved staying at Sapphire Breeze. It was close to all the beaches, restaurants Bars and shopping.

"Great place, location, great amenities. Plenty of supplies, cooking equipment. Pool and waterfall wonderful. The taxi recommendation and boat excursion recommendations were top notch. Warren Gordon and Stormy Pirates were excellent. Greeter service, Shawn, was wonderful and helpful. He made pick up and drop off easy. Recommending your company to friends.Would stay there again.
