DESCRIPTION: Rainbow Beach House is a beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath beachfront home with a pool and pool spa. The home was completely renovated in 2018 and when you enter the villa, you will be welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of this lovely home, you may even find you never want to leave.

The home is a two level design all with interior access, perfect for families and/or couples traveling together. The great room is an open floor plan, with the kitchen, living and dining area being the centerpiece of this beautiful home. There is a 24' wall of screened sliding glass doors that open on to the pool and pool deck, all which enjoy the stunning views of Johnson Bay and beyond. On opposite sides of the great room are two bedrooms, the master bedroom (king) is on the left and the upper guest bedroom (queen) is on the right. Both have screened sliders that open on to the pool deck and each include private baths with tiled showers. The lower level bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase. The lower left bedroom (king) and lower right bedroom (queen) each have a private bath with shower and are connected by a common hallway. From the lower bedrooms there are screened sliding glass doors which open to the beach level. You can easily walk out your door to go swimming and snorkeling. If you like more activity, you can rent paddle boards and kayaks during your stay, if rented for the week most companies will deliver them to the villa for your stay.

No matter what time of year you travel, you are sure to always enjoy the sounds of the surf and the overall relaxing, beach front atmosphere of this tropical vacation home.

LOCATION: Rainbow Beach House is located on the sand beach at Johnson Bay, which is a quiet cove carved out of the western shore of Coral Bay, on the southeast end of St. John. In front of your villa there is a small, reef protected sand beach. The very picturesque view stretches from the village of Coral Bay at the head of the harbor in the northwest, to the mouth of Coral Bay in the east (Coral Bay refers to a small village, a body of water and also the large land area surrounding the bay.) Although Rainbow faces east the pool and sun deck are bathed in sunshine for most of the day, and the trade winds are partially blocked so they usually blow mild yet refreshingly cool - perfect weather for enjoying the pool and deck. There are only four villas along the beach at Johnson Bay, so this setting remains tranquil, restful and romantic. It's a 25-30 minute drive into Cruz Bay, and a 4-10 minute drive to the restaurants, bars and groceries in Coral Bay, and a 15-20 minute drive to the National Park beaches located along the north shore.

LIVING & DINING: In 2018, the great room at Rainbow Beach was completely renovated and has a light, airy feel to it which is beautiful and inviting! The new kitchen, dining room table and living room furniture are beautiful and provide all the comforts of home. There are screened sliding glass doors along the entire living room which open on to the pool deck, offering gorgeous water views of Coral Bay, the National Park as well as Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. The large pool deck, pool, hot tub, gas grill and abundant deck furniture are the focus of many memorable day or evening activities. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with Dish Network. You can watch your favorite drama or sporting event, or listen to one of the many music channels, and dance the night away! If you prefer, there is a blue tooth speaker set you can use to play your own music from your phone! WiFi is also available in case you need to stay connected but we hope you unplug and just enjoy!

You may dine inside at the new dining room table that seats 8, at the bar/island or at the poolside table that seats 4.

KITCHEN: The newly designed kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. You can easily prepare a delicious home cooked meal or if you prefer, hire a private chef to treat you to some culinary delights. Your kitchen includes all new white cabinetry, granite counter-tops and new stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a new split level unit (2 kings, 2 queens) have been newly redecorated with all new furniture, linens and TV's with Roku for streaming. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the villa which insures maximum visual and sound privacy, perfect for couple traveling together. However, with all the bedrooms being inside access, this layout works perfectly for families traveling with children! The two upper level bedrooms open on to the pool deck, while the two lower level bedrooms open on to the beach level. This is a perfect floor plan for all traveling guests.

"Beautiful property, gorgeous view of Coral Bay. Air conditioned bedrooms that each have its own bathroom. Comfortable bed and great linens. Plenty towels and well stocked kitchen. Back gate leads to a great place to sit and relax. Outdoor showers for rinsing after the beach. Perfect pool to end the day! Great, quiet location, store, restaurants nearby. Book fishing trips early as they go fast. Great reading selection, chairs and ice chests available. I was a perfect choice for our family. St John VI has won my heart.

"We were never disappointed during our stay: the rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of privacy, if we wanted it. We also had good together times in the main room, watching movies and playing cards. We were never far from a great beach, once we figured out the road system. Food stores were close by and were open late, perfect for us. Thank you for the fabulous accommodations! cant wait to come back.

"The moment we walked into Rainbow Villa, all of us [including the 2 year old] were overwhelmed by the beauty of the main room, the view and the pool. The kids jumped into their bathing suits and ran for the pool. The adults all checked the lovely bedroom suites, to unpack their luggage.

"Wonderful vacation house and spot. We had a family group of 8 adults. There was plenty of very comfortable sleeping space for all four couples. The great room, a combination of kitchen, dining area, and entertainment area provided plenty of space for our group to gather. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and swimming in the bay out the back door. The location was private and quiet. Coral Bay had plenty of good restaurants and beaches close by. Even the 20 somethings preferred say they were happy to be in Coral Bay over Cruz Bay. Caribbean Villas was very easy to work with, Id book with them again.

"We had a wonderful time at Rainbow Beach Villa. The villa was the perfect size and layout for our party of 8. The location was great for us because we mainly snorkeled from Salt Pond Bay around to Hawksnest and did not care alot about going into Cruz Bay. The views from the house were beautiful! Thank you!

"Thank you for all your help in making a family vacation with my husband, 4 daughters and my mom possible. Hurricane Irma and Maria curtailed our original 2017 Christmas Holiday plans at Splash however the Rainbow Beach House was so much better especially on Coral Bay.The RBH was perfect! It took a couple of days for us to get use to a rental home and not being at a resort. There was no choice but to unwind and enjoy the relaxed carefree life of St John and especially Coral Bay. I have to say living in such a relaxed atmosphere is making it even harder to get back on the wheel back in Massachusetts. We left with many many precious memories for which we are so very grateful to Caribbean Villas for. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy Healthy New Year!

"Good morning! I wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our week in St. John staying at the Rainbow Beach House. It is so beautiful the villa and the view! We feel very fortunate that we had chosen the week we did, as the following week (817) is when the Islands shut down again. We will definitely be in touch the next time we are making plans to visit St. John. We did have a question about the mattress that was on the bed in the master bedroom closest to the dining table. Would you be able to provide the name of the manufacturer model? The mattress was so comfortable, something you do not always find when you stay away from home! Have a wonderful day and weekend! "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Rainbow Beach House. The home is beautiful and the setting right on the water was fantastic. We rented paddle boards delivered to the house so that we could use them directly from the property. Having direct access to the water was fantastic. The management team was extremely responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend this place to others, and we plan to return in the future!
