Exotic View was built by an experienced and reputable St. John Builder/Contractor and his wife. The design, materials, furnishings, and amenities they utilized all combine perfectly to create, in our opinion, a premium 3+ bedroom villa at a competitive price. This home's exotic views are just one reason to recommend it, other reasons include:
- Exotic View is only a 5-minute drive form the ferry dock in the middle of Cruz Bay, but a well chosen setting on a large lot and lush tropical landscaping create good privacy for a home so convenient to town.
- This is a large 3+ bedroom villa (3600 sq.ft) that provides lots of space and comfort for 2 couples or a small family.
- Exotic View began renting in 2016, and with light use and excellent care, this home is in like new condition.
- Stone walls, arched windows, the abundant use of granite and mahogany, plus cathedral ceilings in every room create a beautiful Caribbean home with a rich island ambiance.
- This is an ideal villa for sun lovers because the 32 ft pool and the 1000 sq.ft sun deck, are covered in sun from 9:00 am to sunset. With its large covered deck, this is also an ideal home for relaxing outside while protected from the sun.

- Each master bedroom has a/c, TV, a walk-in closet, a lovely sea view from a king bed plus inside access from the great room, which is much preferred for children. A 3rd bedroom is located on the lower pool level of the home and includes 2 queen beds, a TV, a/c, and bath.
- The main level master bedroom bathrooms are of mahogany, granite, and tile, with twin vessel sinks that create a stunning focal point
LOCATION: Exotic View is located on a hillside on the outer edge of Cruz Bay, where Cruz Bay transitions into Great Cruz Bay. The splendid view overlooks Cruz Bay, Pillsbury Sound, the Caribbean Sea as well as Little St. James on the southern edge, St. Thomas in the middle, and the Hans Lollicks in the north. The villa is situated so that you are able to watch the sun actually drop into the horizon in an explosion of color, 365 days of the year.
The National Park beaches on the north shore are a 10-20 minute drive, depending on which beach is on the agenda for the day. The many restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife of the festive town of Cruz Bay are an easy 3-4 minute drive, but far enough away to maintain a peaceful setting. More than an exotic view, this is actually an exotic location.
LIVING & DINING: The spacious and air-conditioned great room includes comfortable seating for 4-6 and there is a 42 inch cable TV. The large arched windows and sliding doors are screened and open to the cooling trade winds. A stereo system and internet access are included, and there is a half bath just off the great room. A second living area extends out onto the covered deck where you have 600 sq/ft of outdoor living and dining space with comfortable cushioned furniture, a table for six, a gas BBQ grill, and the best views in or out of the villa.
The interior dining table seats six with a water view and the table on the covered deck also seats six with an even more enjoyable view.
KITCHEN: This gourmet kitchen is functional, beautiful, and very well equipped and supplied, including stainless steel appliances, a 4-burner gas stove and oven, D/W, granite counter tops, mahogany cabinets, and an island bar with seating for three persons to entertain the chef. All the usual small appliances such as a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and others are included.
BEDROOMS: The two air-conditioned bedrooms have king beds with delightful sea views, TVs, walk in closets, and cathedral ceilings. Both bedrooms are interior access from the great room. The sliding glass doors of the teal (left) bedroom open to the covered deck, while the lime bedroom sliders open to a private deck above the pool. The sliders have window blinds to help you enjoy a late vacation wake-up. Each bedroom has a refined and very attractive en suite bathroom with a tiled shower and double vessel sinks. The 3rd bedroom is located on the pool level of the home and includes 2 queen beds, which are separated by a barn door. This bedroom shares a full bath.
A washer/dryer is included as are all towels and linens, hair dryer, ironing board, safe, cooler, beach chairs and totes.
