DESCRIPTION: Driftwood Villa is a modern 3 bedroom 4.5 bath home with an infinity edge pool and breathtaking 270 degree views looking out over azure blue seas. When you first enter the villa, you will immediately be drawn to the picturesque ocean views but as you gaze around, you will be in awe at the well thought out design of this beautiful home. From the clean, modern lines of the furnishings, to the elegant, well equipped kitchen, to the three master bedrooms, perfectly situated to offer maximum privacy, to the expansive covered and open decks and pool area, nothing was overlooked, as a guests comfort, was first and foremost in mind.

The main level of the home includes the great room, with the kitchen, living and dining area all being open to one another, allowing you to create those once in a lifetime memories together. On opposite sides of the great room are the two main level master bedrooms, each individually decorated with its own personality, but still understated and aesthetically pleasing. The lower level of the home is accessed by an interior staircase, which works wonderfully for families traveling with children. The lower level includes the third master bedroom and a media room, which includes an additional bunk bed and twin bed.

The beauty of this home does not stop with the interior though, as located off the great room is a covered outside sitting and dining area, which then opens to an large sun deck and various sitting areas, all positioned where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views. And for those that love to float the day away, the infinity edge heated pool is awaiting your arrival, and for those that prefer to soak up the sun, you can relax in one of the lounge chairs in the pool, all while staying refreshingly cool.

LOCATION: Driftwood Villa is located on the south shore on the secluded peninsula called Ditleff Point. This gated community offers some of the most upscale private villas on St. John. Ditleff Point consists of 47 acres of green hillsides and breathtaking views of turquoise blue seas on all three sides of the peninsula. From the moment you enter the development, you will notice the beautifully hand-crafted local stone walls along the roadways, which are accented with colorful bougainvillea and sea grapes, all which lend to a warm and welcoming feeling to owners and guests who stay in this beautiful area. The villas also enjoy access to the white sand (with some pebbles) beach at Ditliff. There are beautifully designed masonry stairs down to where you can enjoy relaxing in the sun, swimming and snorkeling.

While offering wonderful privacy, Ditliff Point is still conveniently located and is a 10-12 minute drive into to the shops, restaurants and grocery stores of Cruz Bay. Should you want to do some more exploring, the North Shore National Park beaches will be about a 15-20 minute drive away, depending on which beach you chose to explore that day.

LIVING & DINING: The air-conditioned living room is island elegant, with its vaulted ceilings, modern and elegant furnishings and wall of windows which open to the expansive covered deck, sun deck and pool area. The comfortable furniture includes a sectional couch with coffee and end tables as well as beautiful Caribbean artwork along the walls. However, the most beautiful and striking artwork is what mother nature created, just open your doors and watch the ever changing turquoise blue seas as the sun rises and sets over the horizon. Located on the lower level, is a media room perfect for watching your favorite movie, sports game or drama on the flat screen TV.

The formal dining area in the great room seats 8, or if you prefer dining outdoors, there is a table for 8 on the covered deck located outside the great room. You will enjoy magnificent views no matter where you chose to dine.

KITCHEN: The chef's kitchen is an oversized masterpiece, with white stone and panoramic views hanging over a turquoise bay, where waves crash into the stone shore below. The kitchen is well equipped, and you will enjoy preparing everything from snacks to seven course meals with the stainless steel appliances, including a stove and oven, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender and drip coffee maker. Supplied with a complete assortment of cooking utensils, kitchen implements, dishes, wine and drinking glasses, linens and towels you are sure to feel at home. Included is a gas BBQ grill.

BEDROOMS: Driftwood Villa has three air-conditioned master bedrooms, all beautifully decorated with a personality of their own. The main level master bedroom on the right is located off the great room and includes a king bed, walk-in closet, gorgeous ocean views and an indoor and outdoor stone garden shower. Sliding glass doors open onto the sun deck, where you can easily go for a morning swim. The main level master bedroom on the left is located off a hallway which you will access from the kitchen. This bedroom includes a king bed, a/c, stunning ocean views, en-suite bath with tiled shower and a private balcony. The interior staircase will take you to the lower level of the home, and here you will find the third master bedroom, which includes a king bed, a/c, garden and partial ocean views, en-suite bath, and private patio. On the lower level of the home, is another full bath and a media room, which includes a bunk bed and twin bed, perfect for younger children.
