DESCRIPTION: Aqua Gem is a charming 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with a private pool. The main level of Aqua Gem includes the living, kitchen, and dining areas, along with a 1/2 bath. The great room is surrounded by French doors, with invisible screens, which open onto a wrap-around deck and include beautiful views overlooking Great Cruz Bay Harbor. A spiral staircase takes you down to the lower bedroom level, with two bedrooms, each with a king bed, a/c, and an en-suite bath with a tiled shower. Both bedrooms have screened sliders, which open onto the private 700 square foot pool deck and 20 x 12 foot pool.

This two-level design, with its interior access bedrooms, is a perfect layout for families traveling with children, couples looking for similar-sized bedrooms, or honeymooners looking to start their new life together. You can walk between the two homes, which, if rented together, can easily accommodate a party of 8.

LOCATION: Aqua Gem faces southwest and enjoys sun all day in its pool area. It is perfect for those seeking to acquire a golden tan. The picturesque view also includes the islands of Little and Great St James and the south end of St. Thomas, the sparkling waters of Great Cruz Bay and the Caribbean, and views of fiery sunsets and distant island lights at night. This is a very convenient location, less than a five-minute drive to the restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, and shopping in the delightful town of Cruz Bay.

LIVING & DINING: Three sets of fully screened French doors open onto the upper deck that wraps around the south and west sides of the living areas. The fully tiled interior great room is cooled by ceiling fans and tropical ocean breezes. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and chair, plus beautiful Caribbean artwork and accessories. A 32-inch flat-screen cable TV, a stereo, and wireless internet are included.

You may dine inside, on the upper deck at the wicker and glass table seating 4, or on the pool deck at the table seating 4.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 burner gas stove and oven on an island bar/counter, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and a gas grill on the deck.

BEDROOMS: The 2 lower-level bedrooms each have an efficient split-level air-conditioning system to keep you cool as you sleep, or if you prefer, you can open your sliding glass doors and fall asleep to the sounds of the Caribbean and allow the ceiling fans and gentle trade winds lull you to sleep. Both master bedrooms are equally sized with king beds, tiled floors, a chest of drawers, lamps, and end tables, and a fully tiled bath and shower. Imagine sleeping late and rolling out of bed and into your pool, located a few feet from both bedrooms and accessed through screened sliding glass doors.

"We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Gem. I have visited St. John eight times (twice this year), and this was the easiest check inout process I have ever experienced. And renting the jeep from your company was much easier as well. We will definitely be renting from you again!

"Thank you and what a nice experience from Greg at the car barge to the girls in the office that took care of my need for a hairdryer!! Aqua Gem was nicely provisioned with the paper goods and soap etc so we only had to figure out where to swim and what to eat!!!!! Thanks, would love to go back!

"Feb 21, 2023 Aqua Gem was perfect for our girls trip. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils needed. The beds were very comfy, and the bedrooms were right off the pool deck. Parking is a bit tight, but our four door Jeep was able to fit and turn around ok. Overall this villa is adorable and we would definitely rent it again!

"We enjoyed our week at Aqua Gem in St. John. Aqua Gem was pretty. We loved the 2nd floor balcony, the pool, the view of the pool from the bedrooms. It was nice with the fresh air flowing through the windows and upstairs sliding doors. We slept comfortable and had things we needed throughout our stay.
