LOCATION. La Collina enjoys a quiet, peaceful and semi-private hillside location
above Great Cruz Bay-Harbor, with excellent views of the harbor, distant islands
and the Caribbean Sea. The south-southwest orientation of La Collina provides
sun all day, spectacular sunset views in the early evening, and the twinkling lights
of other islands after dark. It's an easy 6-minute drive to the restaurants, super-
markets and shops of Cruz Bay.

DESIGN. The traditional 2 level design of La Collina is spacious and comfortable,
with a 55 foot partially covered deck off the living room, a beautiful tiled sun deck
and terraced gardens around the pool, 30 foot cathedral ceilings, tiled floors, over-
sized arched doors, and abundant colorful landscaping. The 2 guest bedrooms are
located on the lower level and the 2 master bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen
areas are on the upper level.

LIVING/DINING. Lovely interior stone walls, tiled floors, arched doors, imposing cathedral ceilings and rattan furniture create a very classic and handsome tropical living area. A cable color TV and stereo/cassette/CD are provided and the living room seats 8 comfortably.

The interior teak dining set seats 10 and a dining table on the covered deck also seats 8. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a 4-person bar with captain's chairs.

KITCHEN. The kitchen contains all the necessary ingredients for preparing great meals, including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and abundant cooking and dining implements. A washer/dryer, gas barbecue, beach chairs and beach towels and all linens are also provided.

BEDROOMS. The 2 master bedrooms (king beds) open to the covered deck and great views through screened sliding doors. The 2 guest bedrooms (queen beds) are on the lower level and are accessed by an exterior walkway. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and fully screened and all have tiled baths and a pull out sofa bed that is ideal for young children. The 2 master bedrooms have walk-in closets and telephones.

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' COMMENTS. La Collina is a well maintained, comfortable and spacious villa with many impressive features, including:

• a peaceful, quiet and scenic location overlooking Great Cruz Bay,
• sun on the pool and decks from 9am to sunset,
• picturesque harbor views that include romantic Caribbean sunsets,
• a lovely new pool and sun deck bordered by palm trees and terraced gardens,
• convenient 6-minute access to the great restaurants in Cruz Bay,

With a sofa bed in every bedroom La Collina is well suited for families with children, and with the great room, kitchen pool and decks all on the upper level this is a very comfortable villa for one or two couples.
