Sea Spirit is a charming one bedroom private cottage located on a bluff above the turquoise blue seas. This beautiful home enjoys an open floor plan which includes the kitchen, living and dining areas, all which face out to the covered, wraparound deck and stunning Caribbean views. The master bedroom (with a/c) and bath are located just off the great room.

From the living room, you can open the screened louvered doors to the covered deck, expanding your living space to the outside. Imagine yourself dining on your covered deck or relaxing in your lounge chairs, and as you do, you will hear the sounds of the surf below and when you are here, you will feel a sense of calmness, letting you know it’s time to settle in and enjoy your vacation.

Distance To Town: It’s a 5-8 minute drive in to Coral Bay and a 40-45 minute drive to Cruz Bay.

Living & Dining: The living area is quite cozy and comfortable. If you want to have a relaxing evening in, sink in to your sofa and turn on the cable TV to watch your favorite sports team or show. If you prefer reading, there is a quaint little reading nook set up for you in the corner of the great room. Or if you want to listen to some music and enjoy the views, a stereo with CD player has been provided for your listening pleasure.

For dining, there are plenty of good restaurants in Coral Bay to dine out but for those times you want to dine in, there is a table for 4 on the covered deck, as well as an interior dining table for 4. Both dining areas enjoy the same fabulous views.

Kitchen: The kitchen contains a 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster and cookware and dinnerware for 4-6. A gas barbecue grill, washer/dryer, telephone, beach chairs, beach towels and all linens are included.

Bedroom Details: The air-conditioned (window unit) master bedroom (queen bed) is off the living room and includes a tiled bathroom.  The villa can sleep an additional two guests in the loft area.  The loft is accessed up a ladder and includes two twin beds (no a/c in the loft or living area).

Sea Spirit is a totally unique hideaway that sits on an oceanfront cliff surrounded by National Park in a spectacular location in Coral Bay. Though Sea Spirit has some neighbors now, this location is still one of the most unspoiled settings of any rental villa on St. John. The beautiful views stretch for miles and you will enjoy seeing the occasional sailboat glide by offshore. Sea Spirit has an away from it all feel but you are only are short drive to 4-5 restaurants, 3 small grocery stores and two National Park beaches.  If you like to exercise, you are hiking distance to Kiddle Cove and Grout Pond, both are good snorkeling locations.   Or if you wish to go into Cruz Bay, it’s an additional 25-30 minute drive along the beautiful North Shore of St. John.

INTERNET SERVICE: The internet service is subject to frequent interruption. We cannot guarantee internet quality or speed. Renters might find it convenient to travel with a cellular carrier MiFi – a couple of examples are AT&T and Virgin Mobile. There will be no refunds due to the internet not working.

PHONE SERVICE/CELL PHONES: Local phone service is interrupted regularly and in spite of our efforts to reinstate service it can sometimes take weeks. AT&T is the only cell service we find operates efficiently on the island. If you do not have AT&T we strongly suggest you bring a pay as you go AT&T cell phone with you as we do not provide cell phones should the local phone service be interrupted.

POOL FLOATS: Pool floats are not guaranteed with your villa rental. If you want access to them, please bring them with you.
