DESCRIPTION: Lavender Hill-Windcatcher 5W is a charming and well-equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo overlooking Cruz Bay and Lovango Cay. Windcatcher is located in the west building on the main level of the property with easy access to the parking lot. There are no flights of stairs to climb.

The cozy great room consists of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The great room is colorfully decorated and inviting. You are sure to relax after a day out exploring or should you want to stay home, you can 'catch some rays' by the pool, or just relax on your private balcony while gazing out at the picturesque harbor of Cruz Bay.

Your air-conditioned living room includes a sofa as well as comfortable chairs, which are perfect for curling up to watch your favorite show. For your streaming pleasure, the flat screen TV is RoKu-ready so you can stream from your personal accounts. For those who need to stay connected, the condo includes WiFi, but we hope you take time to unplug so you can enjoy the ambiance of what St John is all about.

For dining, you have an interior table and exterior outside table. No matter where you chose to dine, you will enjoy watching the boats glide by in the harbor.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and the very important blender to mix your morning smoothie or evening tropical beverage.

The air-conditioned master bedroom includes a king bed and private balcony, which looks out over the pool area. The private bath is located across the hallway.

LOCATION: Lavender Hill is a small (12 units) waterfront condominium resort that overlooks Cruz Bay Harbor. Itâ€™s easily visible from the ferry as you enter the harbor due to its distinctive lavender trim and its waterfront location beside Gallows Point Resort and the Grande Bay Resort. The units are located in two 3-story buildings (east and west). Windcatcher - 5W is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo on the first level of the west building. Windcatcher has scenic views that overlook the harbor, Pillsbury Sound, and the National Park.

A pool and sundeck separates the two buildings and provides a private spot to relax or catch some sun. It's a very easy walk to the Beach Bar, Banana Deck, and other famous bars and restaurants that line the shores of the Cruz Bay harbor.
