DESCRIPTION: Island Time is a charming 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a pool and hot tub. This classic Caribbean design consists of two buildings which are connected by spacious decks and patios. Upon your arrival, you walk into the colorful and lushly landscaped garden courtyard and when enter through the front door, you will be immediately welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere, the colorful tropical furnishings and the majestic views looking out towards the ever changing blues in the turquoise seas.

The air-conditioned great room consists of the kitchen, living and dining areas, which are surrounded by screened sliding glass doors, all looking out towards the stunning views. On the right, is the entrance to the west master bedroom and private bath, while the equal sized east master bedroom and private bath is outside access, and is located in a separate bedroom cabana.

Located off the great room, is a covered outdoor sitting area, perfect for those looking to relax in the shade. Between the main house and bedroom cabana, you will enjoy your outside dining area, perfectly positioned to maximize the beautiful views. A few stairs down, will be the spacious pool deck, pool and hot tub. Here you will enjoy working on your golden tan, or maybe you prefer to float the day away in your private pool, all while looking up at the blue sky and puffy white clouds, and in the evenings, especially at sunset, you will enjoy a soothing hot tub as you gaze out at the fiery sunsets over Devers Bay.

Island Time is perfect for everyone looking for a breathtaking setting that welcomes you the moment you arrive.

LOCATION: Island Time is blessed with a wonderful setting about 60 feet above the, beach at Devers Bay. It sits above the villas Sunset Beach and Dream Come True, and it's two stones throws away from Tradewinds of Hart Bay. Devers Bay is located on the south side of Bovocoap Point, which is the peninsula that separates Chocolate Hole Harbor from Hart Bay and Rendezvous Bay. Devers is a small bay with less than a dozen homes, so it retains a very pleasant sense of peacefulness, privacy and seclusion. A dead end road takes you to Island Time and there are only a few homes beyond you, so this quiet neighborhood experiences little road noise. Usually the only sound youâ€™ll hear will be the surf gently breaking on the beach below you.

Island Time faces south-southwest and the sun deck and patio are bathed in sun all day and the sunset and ocean views are beautiful. The lovely view sweeps from St Croix in the south, past Frenchcap Cay and St James Islands, to St Thomas in the west. Island Time is less than a 10 minute drive into Cruz Bay, where you are sure to enjoy the many fine restaurants, shops and beach bars that are located in this picturesque town.

LIVING & DINING: The interior living area seats 4 and includes a flat screen cable TV. Because the outdoor living area on the covered deck has a rocking chair, gliding loveseat, soft breezes and the best views, we would say this is the preferred place to relax, but we'll let you decide. The principle dining area is the table for 4 on the deck, in the dining alcove between the main house and the cabana. You can also dine inside at the kitchen bar or a smaller table in the garden courtyard behind the house.

KITCHEN: The kitchen contains all the necessities for island dining, including a 4-burner gas stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, cookware, etc. The house includes a gas grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs and beach towels, all bath towels and linens and of course, a telephone.

BEDROOMS: The two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) are in separate buildings and offer very good privacy. In the main house, just off the living room is one bedroom (king) and private bath. The 2nd bedroom (queen) is located on the left side of the villa in the private bedroom cabana. The queen bedroom has a private bath with double sink vanity and an indoor and outdoor shower! Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, a/c, closets and screened sliding glass doors that open to the covered decks and offer beautiful water views!

"The Villa and customer support were great. Excellent view and a very nice hot tub and pool. Our greeter Matthew was very helpful. The rental jeep arrangements on St John were a big plus. The villa itself was well supplied and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

"We had a wonderful stay at Island Time! This was our 5th time staying at this villa so we feel right at home. We love sitting out on the porch to read and watch the boats going by. Its very quiet around the villa, yet is a short trip into Cruz Bay. Its a perfect place for one or two couples. Hopefully well be back in 2026! "We just wanted to say how nice it was to be back at Island Time (we feel it is our home away from home though we do not own it, wish we did!). It is always sad to leave! Everything seemed to be in order. It was good to see walls painted in bedroom (off kitchen) and new bed pillows, etc. to brighten room(s) up. The outdoor fabric and wicker furniture are new, right? Tags on fabric I think gave it away? Four new beach towels were good too since the older four were showing age! Believe the grill was new too? I cleaned it pretty well before leaving to keep it looking new.

"We had a great time at the property and split it just the two of us. Would be enough for two couples or a family with kids, but more than that would be a little tight. The views are insane and having private pool and hot tub is well worth it.

"Loved this house especially having the hot tub and pool. Loved the proximity to Cruz Bay. The view is amazing!!! Plenty of sitting outside. Make sure to rent a jeep. You really cant get around St John without one. Would definitely rent this place again.
