The additional air-conditioned loft bedroom, accessible via a stylish angled ladder, is not suitable for children under 12 but provides an intimate space that includes both a queen bed and a twin bed, enabling Serenita to host up to five guests comfortably.

While it’s a breezy stroll downhill to Cruz Bay, the return journey can be invigorating, especially after delighting in the island’s infamous rum punches. Taxis are readily available in Cruz Bay to bring you back up the hillside.

For guests renting vehicles, convenient on-site parking is provided. Enjoy the refreshing shared pool or fire up the gas grill for a delightful barbecue during your stay. "We had a fantastic stay at Serenita! The villa was nicely updated and well appointed with everything we could need including new beach chairs and a variety of pool and beach floats. The view is excellent and we had nearly the entire complex to ourselves, aside from the daily kitten visits on the porch which were a welcome surprise! This was our 10th stay at Cruz Views and this is definitely one of our favorite villas. We can't wait to plan our next trip! Thank you to everyone at Caribbean Villas for making us feel at home at Cruz Views!!

"Great location, unit was cute and clean with a great view and it was very quiet on the corner. We didnt hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The unit is close enough to walk into town but we chose not to because its very steep and even more importantly the roads are very narrow and I didnt feel comfortable walking with the cars on the street but we saw plenty of other people doing it. We would stay here again.

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. It was the perfect size for 2 adults, would be a little snug with 4 but definitely doable. This unit has a really nice private patio that overlooks cruz bay and the ocean. Lots of beach supplies (towels, chairs, tent, games etc). Minimal toiletries so bring your own. Property is on an extremely steep hill. Were athletic so we walked it a few times only 10 minutes into town. Taxis are easy to come by but I highly recommend renting a jeep and do it early! They really do sell out. Host (a company) is responsive, clear and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if were back in St. John

"Communication and directions from the beginning was excellent . The air conditioners worked very well. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of towels and toilet paper ,nice shower & outdoor shower, stocked kitchen utensils to cook your own meals ,clean pool.

"We loved everything about our stay here. The views were the BEST! After taking a dip in the pool each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the patio table nestled below tops of palm trees listening to the birds. Then wed come back from the beach to sunset cocktails overlooking Cruz Bay. My kids loved climbing the ladder to their loft like being in a treehouse. While the indoor space isnt that big, its very well thought out hooks and outlets everywhere you need them and the decor is lovely and cheerful. A very easy place to stay and enjoy. We would definitely return!

"We had so much fun adventuring on St. John! And Cruz Views #10 was the perfect home base for our girls trip. Everyone I emailed in the reservation office was so helpful, friendly & responsive. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Space was very clean, nice cold AC, kitchen had everything we needed and the patio has a view to die for. Morning coffee watching the bay is so relaxing and so is the evening beer watching the lights on the water. The pool is a real plus. The walk up the hill can be a challenge, take your time and its not too bad. After a few trips we could make it dolphin market in 8 minutes. Had no trouble getting taxi to pick us up or drop off. Would definitely stay here again.

"Our visit to St. John USVI was magical, adventurous and relaxing. Our first night staying at Cruz Views was welcomed with a warm breathtaking view of Cruz Bay. After a long traveling hiatus, we knew we were home at the Cruz Views. Our vacation consisted mostly of hiking, secret beach exploration and day trips on the water. After long sun-filled, sandy, salty, sweaty days it was so nice to come home to our cool condo to relax, make a cocktail, watch the sunset and reset for the next day. We enjoyed breakfast in the patio every morning and listened to the sounds of the island waking up. All the comforts of home were made available to us in Serenita #10 all kitchen needs, appliances, beach chairs and towels. It was the perfect set up for our small family. We enjoyed the clean pool, great views, updated accommodations and privacy of our own home in paradise for the week. I would highly recommend this unit, #10, because of its corner location and updated interior-it was simply perfect! Sincerely, Robbyn & Richard Moore
