DESCRIPTION: Cruz Views #10 - Serenita is a two bedroom one bath corner condominium. Located to the far left of the complex, Serenita is the most private of the 10 units. As you walk past your shared pool, and follow the stairs down to the entrance, you will come upon an inviting turquoise door that will welcome you to enter.

From the first moment you open the door, you will gaze out to the beautiful views of the Cruz Bay Harbor and beyond to St. Thomas. The wrap-around deck will invite you to relax and includes an outside dining table for 4, and a bar top with stools, perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenic views and fiery sunsets. Serenita is the only condo at the complex that has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.

Once you enter Serenita, you will feel the welcoming ambiance as the owners have created a warm and inviting atmosphere with their interior decorating. From the comfortable living and dining room furniture to the well equipped kitchen, you are sure to enjoy your stay in this tropical hideaway.

An interior staircase takes you to the air-conditioned master bedroom with a king bed. The air-conditioned second bedroom is in the loft and is accessed by a ladder. The loft is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. This bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed, so the condo can comfortably sleep 5 guests.

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.

For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.

"Great location, unit was cute and clean with a great view and it was very quiet on the corner. We didnt hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The unit is close enough to walk into town but we chose not to because its very steep and even more importantly the roads are very narrow and I didnt feel comfortable walking with the cars on the street but we saw plenty of other people doing it. We would stay here again.

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. It was the perfect size for 2 adults, would be a little snug with 4 but definitely doable. This unit has a really nice private patio that overlooks cruz bay and the ocean. Lots of beach supplies (towels, chairs, tent, games etc). Minimal toiletries so bring your own. Property is on an extremely steep hill. Were athletic so we walked it a few times only 10 minutes into town. Taxis are easy to come by but I highly recommend renting a jeep and do it early! They really do sell out. Host (a company) is responsive, clear and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if were back in St. John

"Communication and directions from the beginning was excellent . The air conditioners worked very well. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of towels and toilet paper ,nice shower & outdoor shower, stocked kitchen utensils to cook your own meals ,clean pool.

"We loved everything about our stay here. The views were the BEST! After taking a dip in the pool each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the patio table nestled below tops of palm trees listening to the birds. Then wed come back from the beach to sunset cocktails overlooking Cruz Bay. My kids loved climbing the ladder to their loft like being in a treehouse. While the indoor space isnt that big, its very well thought out hooks and outlets everywhere you need them and the decor is lovely and cheerful. A very easy place to stay and enjoy. We would definitely return!

"We had so much fun adventuring on St. John! And Cruz Views #10 was the perfect home base for our girls trip. Everyone I emailed in the reservation office was so helpful, friendly & responsive. The whole process was so easy & seamless from our island greeter to check-in, jeep rental & check out. The condo had comfy beds, fluffy towels & beach supplies. And the view is unforgettable. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Space was very clean, nice cold AC, kitchen had everything we needed and the patio has a view to die for. Morning coffee watching the bay is so relaxing and so is the evening beer watching the lights on the water. The pool is a real plus. The walk up the hill can be a challenge, take your time and its not too bad. After a few trips we could make it dolphin market in 8 minutes. Had no trouble getting taxi to pick us up or drop off. Would definitely stay here again.

"Our visit to St. John USVI was magical, adventurous and relaxing. Our first night staying at Cruz Views was welcomed with a warm breathtaking view of Cruz Bay. After a long traveling hiatus, we knew we were home at the Cruz Views. Our vacation consisted mostly of hiking, secret beach exploration and day trips on the water. After long sun-filled, sandy, salty, sweaty days it was so nice to come home to our cool condo to relax, make a cocktail, watch the sunset and reset for the next day. We enjoyed breakfast in the patio every morning and listened to the sounds of the island waking up. All the comforts of home were made available to us in Serenita #10 all kitchen needs, appliances, beach chairs and towels. It was the perfect set up for our small family. We enjoyed the clean pool, great views, updated accommodations and privacy of our own home in paradise for the week. I would highly recommend this unit, #10, because of its corner location and updated interior-it was simply perfect! Sincerely, Robbyn & Richard Moore
