DESCRIPTION: Cruz Views #09 - Sunset Cruz is a center condo located in the lower building, to the left of the pool deck. This charming condo has beautiful views looking out over the Cruz Bay Harbor. You will want to be out on your private deck in the early evening to catch the vibrant sunsets as the sun dips down into the horizon. There is nothing like seeing a Caribbean sunset.

Sunset Cruz's great room consists of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room includes a pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress, which comfortably sleeps 1-2 extra guests. As you relax in your living room you can watch your favorite sports team or TV drama on your cable flat screen TV. For those wanting to stay connected, the condo also includes WiFi for your use. To enjoy the sights and sounds of the Caribbean, you can open your screened, sliding glass door and step out onto your private deck. You will enjoy looking out over Cruz Bay and watching the boats glide by.

The kitchen is located just behind the living room and includes a refrigerator/freezer, an 4-burner electric range, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. For dining, there is an interior table that seats 2-3 and there is a table for 2 on your private deck, perfect for sharing a romantic moment together.

The bedroom is located up a few stairs from the great room and includes a king bed, split level a/c unit, and an en-suite bathroom with a newly tiled shower. (The split level a/c unit keeps the entire condo cool.)

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.

For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.

"We love this property! Such a convenient location! The Condo complex is clean, and the pool is nice and comfortable to take a dip in after a long day at the beach. its a perfect place to watch the sunset from the patio. Condo # 9 is the perfect size and has everything you need. We love the King size bed and the view out on the patio is fantastic! The other people we have encountered at the complex have been friendly and fun to chat with in the pool. This was our 2nd year at the complex and you can be sure we will be back year after year! Thanks for a great stay in Paradise.

"We loved our 6 night stay. Clean and cozy just right for a couple. The view and sunsets from the deck are beautiful. Short drive into Cruz bay. It is close enough to walk but road is narrow, dark and very very steep so we drove. King bed was nice but a little firmer than we are used to. Would be nice if there was salt and pepper available. Otherwise the kitchen cookware and dishes were well stocked. We also used the communal grill and pool- both were great. We would definitely stay here again!

"This comfy villa is well equipped, breezy, user friendly, peaceful, and like home, sweet home! The Cruz Views Villas were more welcoming than even anticipated. The management was responsive and helped me to get settled in. Very cooperative and supportive as I was traveling with others who were staying in a residence near by. "This was our first visit to St. John. I spent several weeks researching where to stay on the island and I am so glad we chose Cruz Views! The location met all our needs and the views really are amazing. We really liked our unit, the nice bathroom, the king bed was very comfortable, and having cable TV and internet is a nice extra. We loved being close to Cruz Bay for day ime shopping and evening dining. The location of Cruz Views provided the quiet, peaceful early mornings and late evenings that we wanted on our vacation. We walked into Cruz Bay every dayevening and would taxi back. Even if you are in shape, the hill up to the Villa is not fun!! We did not rent a jeep but were able to visit different beaches every day because taking the taxi was hassle free and not too expensive. I loved Cruz Views Villas and will probably stay again on our next St. John vacation.
