The condo sleeps 5 comfortably; the master bedroom includes a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed which is accessed by a ladder, and is not designed or recommended for children under 12. The over-sized wraparound deck with a custom balcony bar top makes this one of the most private and romantic condos and one of our top recommendations for honeymooners and lovers. This updated condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with newer amenities and appliances, new furniture and mattresses, and an all new bathroom. Rinse off in the spa-like outdoor shower for the ultimate Caribbean experience! The walk to the best restaurants and shops in town takes less than 10 minutes. Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It’s an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island’s infamous rum punches.
INTERNET SERVICE: The internet service is subject to frequent interruption. We cannot guarantee internet quality or speed. Renters might find it convenient to travel with a cellular carrier MiFi – a couple of examples are AT&T and Virgin Mobile. There will be no refunds due to the internet not working.
PHONE SERVICE/CELL PHONES: Local phone service is interrupted regularly and in spite of our efforts to reinstate service it can sometimes take weeks. AT&T is the only cell service we find operates efficiently on the island. If you do not have AT&T we strongly suggest you bring a pay as you go AT&T cell phone with you as we do not provide cell phones should the local phone service be interrupted.
POOL FLOATS: Pool floats are not guaranteed with your villa rental. If you want access to them, please bring them with you.

VEHICLE INFORMATION: A 4 Wheel Drive vehicle is needed for travel on St John.
Feb. 2024 – Great location, unit was cute and clean with a great view and it was very quiet on the corner. We didn’t hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The unit is close enough to walk into town but we chose not to because it’s very steep and even more importantly the roads are very narrow and I didn’t feel comfortable walking with the cars on the street but we saw plenty of other people doing it. We would stay here again.
Dec. 2023 – My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. It was the perfect size for 2 adults, would be a little snug with 4 but definitely doable. This unit has a really nice private patio that overlooks cruz bay and the ocean. Lots of beach supplies (towels, chairs, tent, games etc). Minimal toiletries so bring your own. Property is on an extremely steep hill. We’re athletic so we walked it a few times – only 10 minutes into town. Taxis are easy to come by but I highly recommend renting a jeep and do it early! They really do sell out. Host (a company) is responsive, clear and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in St. John
July 2023 – Communication and directions from the beginning was excellent . The air conditioner’s worked very well. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of towels and toilet paper ,nice shower & outdoor shower, stocked kitchen utensils to cook your own meals ,clean pool.
May 25 – We loved everything about this place! We will definitely be back!
Mar. 2023 – Good morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were wonderful.
Feb. 16, 2023 – We loved everything about our stay here. The views were the BEST! After taking a dip in the pool each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the patio table nestled below tops of palm trees – listening to the birds. Then we’d come back from the beach to sunset cocktails overlooking Cruz Bay. My kids loved climbing the ladder to their loft – like being in a treehouse. While the indoor space isn’t that big, it’s very well thought out – hooks and outlets everywhere you need them – and the decor is lovely and cheerful. A very easy place to stay and enjoy. We would definitely return!
Jan. 26, 2023 – We had so much fun adventuring on St. John! And Cruz Views #10 was the perfect home base for our girls trip. Everyone I emailed in the reservation office was so helpful, friendly & responsive. The whole process was so easy & seamless from our island greeter to check-in, jeep rental & check out. The condo had comfy beds, fluffy towels & beach supplies. And the view is unforgettable. Many thanks!
Dec. 2022 – My dad and I stayed here and it worked out great. Had everything we needed.
Oct. 2022 – We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Space was very clean, nice cold AC, kitchen had everything we needed and the patio has a view to die for. Morning coffee watching the bay is so relaxing and so is the evening beer watching the lights on the water. The pool is a real plus. The walk up the hill can be a challenge, take your time and it’s not too bad. After a few trips we could make it dolphin market in 8 minutes. Had no trouble getting taxi to pick us up or drop off. Would definitely stay here again.
April 2021 – Our visit to St. John USVI was magical, adventurous and relaxing. Our first night staying at Cruz Views was welcomed with a warm breathtaking view of Cruz Bay. After a long traveling hiatus, we knew we were “home” at the Cruz Views. Our vacation consisted mostly of hiking, secret beach exploration and day trips on the water. After long sun-filled, sandy, salty, sweaty days it was so nice to come home to our cool condo to relax, make a cocktail, watch the sunset and reset for the next day. We enjoyed breakfast in the patio every morning and listened to the sounds of the island waking up. All the comforts of home were made available to us in Serenita #10 – all kitchen needs, appliances, beach chairs and towels. It was the perfect set up for our small family. We enjoyed the clean pool, great views, updated accommodations and privacy of our own home in paradise for the week. I would highly recommend this unit, #10, because of its corner location and updated interior-it was simply perfect!
