From the main entrance, you enter in to the air-conditioned great room. To the right is the well equipped kitchen and to the left is an office nook, for those that need to do some work while on St. John. We hope it is not too much, as we want you to unplug and think back to those days, where life was less stressful so you can begin again to live in and enjoy every moment of the day.
Just a few stairs down from the entrance, is the living and dining room. The furnishings are stylish, yet comfortable and perfect for enjoying time spent together playing a favorite card game, or catching up with each other and creating those beautiful memories that we want you to bring back home. As you continue on exploring, you will open your doors on to the indoor/outdoor living area. We think you will spend the majority of your time, relaxing here after a day out exploring as you have everything you could want, tropical breezes, gorgeous Caribbean views, comfortable furnishings, your BBQ grill and your refreshing pool, ready and waiting for you to go for a swim.
The villa includes 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, the two upper level terrace bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the main entrance and if you want a mid-night snack, you can easily access the kitchen. Located just down the stairs from the dining area is the access to the lower level terrace bedroom. The master suite is the most spacious and designed in a semicircle to maximize the views of Peter Bay.
One of our favorite features is the water access to Peter Bay beach, just follow the stairs down through the magical gardens and walkways…you will pass by several sitting areas, should you want some quiet time away, stop and relax. Or after a busy day, maybe stop off for a soak in your hot tub but if you continue on, you will come to the gate, that will take you to the crystal clear blue waters of Peter Bay beach.

Living & Dining: When you enter the great room at 2B Peter Bay, we know your first thought will be an excited one that you made the choice 2B staying at this beautiful estate. The air-conditioned living room is a few stairs down from the main entrance and has been lovingly decorated with comfortable oversized furnishings, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. For your entertainment pleasure, the living room includes a DVD player, flatscreen-satellite TV, broadband internet, and stereo system. Or should you want to enjoy the tropical sounds of nature, open the French doors and let the outside in.
The interior dining area includes a table for 6 -8 and is located to the right of the living room. It is elegantly furnished and looks out to the blue waters and sand beach of Peter Bay.
Located off the great room is your covered outside living and dining area. It is beautifully situated to maximize your Caribbean views. Here you can be in shaded comfort, while enjoying the tropical atmosphere. Your outside living area includes comfortable wicker furniture and a dining table that comfortably seats 8.
Kitchen: Your kitchen is located to the right of the main entrance. It looks out over the dining and living room areas and out to the beautiful views. Your kitchen includes an electric 4 burner cooktop stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and the important blender for making your morning smoothie or afternoon frozen beverage.
Located to the left of the main entrance is an office nook, should you have to do some work while on vacation. There is also a ½ bath.
Bedroom Details: The four air-conditioned bedrooms are beautifully appointed. The two upper terrace guest bedrooms are on the main level and are located on opposite sides of the home, allowing nice privacy. Each are similar in size and include a king bed, a private balcony, ocean views and an en-suite tiled bathroom. The third, lower terrace bedroom and master bedroom are accessed by an interior staircase located behind the dining table. The lower terrace bedroom includes a king bed, a private balcony, private en-suite bathroom and a partial water view interspersed between the lush green landscaping. As you continue down the stairs, you will access the master bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bath. This room is designed in a semi-circle and enjoys expansive views of Peter Bay.
2B at Peter Bay, is located on the North Shore in lower Peter Bay. Peter Bay is one of the few parcels of pristine north shore land that was not deeded over to the National Park, and today it remains private, peaceful, and exceptionally picturesque, surrounded by the forests, waters and reefs of the National Park. The Peter Bay homes all have deeded access to the private beach at Peter Bay, which is located between the National Park beaches at Trunk and Cinnamon Bays.
From 2B at Peter Bay, you can walk down your stone walkway, where you have access to the calm 82 degree waters of Peter Bay beach. On a perfect beach day the National park beaches will host hundreds of people, but it’s rare to see even a handful of people on Peter Bay (it’s privately owned). The gorgeous views from 2B at Peter Bay look north and east and include the lush mountains of Tortola and St. John, including Cinnamon, Maho and Francis Bays, and Whistling Cay, and Great Thatch. It’s a 15 minute, incredibly picturesque drive to the excellent restaurants, shops and groceries in the charming town of Cruz Bay.
Construction: As is true in any popular destination, construction of a new home continues in Peter Bay Estates. As of December 2014, there is a new construction site starting. We anticipate construction noise and possibly periodic construction traffic interruptions that could affect the Peter Bay neighborhood. If you would like further details on the current status of this building activity, please inquire and we’ll be happy to obtain the latest information for you.

PHONE SERVICE/CELL PHONES: Local phone service is interrupted regularly and in spite of our efforts to reinstate service it can some times take weeks. AT&T is the only cell service we find operates efficiently on the island. If you do not have AT&T we strongly suggest you bring a pay as you go AT&T cell phone with you as we do not provide cell phones should the local phone service be interrupted.
CELL PHONE USAGE FROM HOMES LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SHORE: If you use your cell phone on the north side of the island there is a good chance you will pick up the cell tower on Tortola (British Virgin Islands). If this happens you will be charged for an international call on your cell phone plan.
Internet Service: The internet service is subject to frequent interruption. We cannot guarantee internet quality or speed. Renters might find it convenient to travel with a cellular carrier MiFi – a couple of examples are AT&T and Virgin Mobile. There will be no refunds due to the internet not working.
Pool Floats: Pool floats are not guaranteed with your villa rental. If you want access to them, please bring them with you.
