Paraiso Azul

Five Star We had a multi-generational group of 10, ranging in age from 8 to 71, staying at Paraiso Azul for a week. It is in a way relatively simple in decor (definitely not rustic though!) but very functional. with loads of seating indoors and out. What seem to be acres of travertine and tile floors were pleasant to walk on and easy to keep clean. Each bedroom had their own full bath and air conditioning, which you only need at times thanks to the breezes. The view is always spectacular and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. We weren’t really briefed on operating the hot tub, but probably wouldn’t have used it much, anyway, as we were on St John during a heat advisory. The on-site manager was helpful in meeting us at the car rental location and guiding us to the property and telling us what to look out for. We used the kitchen a fair amount and everything you might need was easy to find. There is sufficient parking for three jeeps, although the steep driveway takes some getting used to!
