Exotic View

Great property for two couples. Equal bedrooms with private baths + half bath in large common area. Lower level 3rd Bedroom apparently in construction. Beautiful, comfortable pool is on lower level which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or avoiding stairs. Gorgeous views of St Thomas. Welcome basket from owner was a nice surprise. Well organized kitchen with all appliances & utensils and some decent wine glasses as well as tulip flutes for bubbly. (We’ve found these glasses oddly lacking in other villas & hard to buy). We had a minor problem with the grill but maintenance was there promptly the next morning. The grill was located outside the entrance which was a bit odd but manageable. Overall 5 stars. Thank you!
