Spacious, comfortable home, but starting to show its age a bit. Just some minor repairs and it would be good as new. Extremely hilly access to get there and a very tight turn into the driveway if you have a larger vehicle (i.e. Dodge Durango or other larger SUV). If we had a vehicle, such as the Jeeps you see everywhere on the island, I feel this would not have been an issue. Be aware that access to the two bedrooms downstairs is by outside staircase only no interior access. We had all adults, but people with children may not find this optimal. Electric shutters to close off the bedroom archways to the screened in patios were missing in several bedrooms. Overall, a lovely home with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the unbeatable views of the north shore. Great sized pool with built in loungers. Updated kitchen, and 3 of the 4 baths were updated. Super comfortable mattress in the master bedroom (just off the kitchen).
