DESIGN. SummerSalt is a charming, bright and cheerful, 4-bedroom home that consists of two separate villas (a Guest House and a Main House) that are connected by a lovely coral stone deck and a very private pool. A walkway from the parking area leads to the very romantic Guest House that includes a comfortable living area and kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom and a private covered deck, all on one level. Across the sun-filled pool deck is the charming 2-level Main House with the living area, kitchen and a/c master bedroom on the upper level and two a/c bedrooms and a half bath on the lower level.

KITCHEN / DINING / LIVING. The large, open kitchen in the Main House was designed by a professional chef and is well furnished and equipped with mahogany cabinets and corian countertops, a 4-burner gas stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 sinks, blender, coffeemaker, toaster and all necessary dinnerware and cookware. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen and a Webber grill is on the deck. The Guest House kitchen is smaller but similar in design and equipment with mahogany and corian throughout, gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, etc.

The mahogany dining table seats 8 and is located in a lanai (covered deck) beside the Main House. The living area in the Main house and Guest House both have a colorful, joyful tropical essence with terra cotta tiled floors, cathedral ceilings, wicker and rattan furniture, and large covered verandahs. Both the Main House and the Guest House have TVs, VCRs and a stereo with CD and cassette players. The Main House has Bose ceiling mounted speakers inside and 2 Bose speakers on the pool deck. Fax and answering machines, movie and music collections, games, books, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and a complimentary welcome basket are all included.

BEDROOMS. The alluring Guest House bedroom (queen) has a/c, water views and is romantic and private. The upper level bedroom in the Main House (king bed) also has a/c, good privacy and water views. The lower a/c bedrooms (twins that convert to queens) open to private patio areas and also have lovely water views. Hair dryers, and safes for valuables are included.

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' VIEW. Lovely is the best word to describe both this setting and the two villas that comprise Summersalt. This is a very enchanting and alluring home that is located in a delightfully quiet, private and relaxing setting in an exclusive residential area of Tortola. The cozy and romantic Guest House is attractively furnished and is a completely equipped, one-bedroom home. The Main House is equally cheery, charming and romantic with comfortable furnishings and a pleasing tropical décor. You may rent the Main House by itself, or both the Main House and the Guest House. Although the Guest House is a complete one-bedroom home, if you choose not to rent the Main House, the Guest House is never rented to another party, thereby insuring the wonderful privacy and tranquility of this villa. SummerSalt is an ideal choice for two families or 2-3 couples that wish to vacation together and still maintain some privacy. A path leads from SummerSalt to Smuggler's Cove, a gorgeous tropical beach with fine swimming and snorkeling. There is another sandy beach at Long Bay and the Long Bay Bay Beach Resort is a 5-minute drive and offers tennis, a spa and fitness center, bars, restaurants and a gift shop. Advance arrangements may also be made for a chef or private massage at SummerSalt.

RENTAL NOTES: A 14-night minimum rental is required to rent SummerSalt for the Christmas/New Years period.
