LOCATION. Ti Moune is located in Point Rendezvous, which is a neighborhood of recently built multi million dollar homes located on the hill overlooking Rendezvous Bay and/or Fish Bay. The road that runs out to Fish Bay separates Point Rendezvous from the neighborhood of Klein Bay, with Klein Bay homes being below the road and Point Rendezvous homes being above the road. Ti Moune sits about 200 feet above Orchid Villa, with excellent views to the south and east. The expansive views overlook Ditliff Point and the Caribbean, and stretch all the way to St Croix. On most mornings you can watch the sunrise from your bed. This is an excellent villa for sun lovers, with sun on the pool deck from early morning to late afternoon. It's an easy 10 minute drive into the restaurants and shops of Cruz Bay, entirely on paved roads.

DESIGN. Ti Moune is a very captivating and attractive villa that blends Mediterranean and Caribbean design concepts. It consists of 3 buildings that are connected by a tiled courtyard and sundeck. You park on the east side of the villa and walk through the courtyard to the entrance of the great house, which contains the living, dining and kitchen areas, plus one bedroom/bath. A second bedroom and bath is in the pool cabana (house) behind the pool. The other two bedrooms occupy the third building, a 2-level building off the courtyard. Except for the second story bedroom, all the rooms are at ground level. A 45 ft covered deck off the great room provides a shaded area for enjoying the great views and the tiled deck around the pool allows you to bask all day in the sun.

LIVING/DINING.The great room has four 8 x 8, screened sliding glass pocket doors along its south and west sides. These doors create a bright cheerful living room with lots of light and cooling breezes. Best of all, the 260 sq. ft. of glass provides terrific views from the dining, kitchen and living areas. In the living area the furniture is comfortable and elegant, there is a satellite TV, and the AM/FM/CD delivers excellent sound through 8 Bose speakers. There is also high speed wireless internet service.

You may dine at the interior mahogany table that seats eight, or dine on the covered deck at the table for four.

KITCHEN.The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar with bar chairs. The kitchen contains a 4-burner gas stove and oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, etc. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen.

BEDROOMS. The four bedrooms all have A/C, a 32 inch satellite TV, very good privacy, captivating water views and a tiled bath and shower. Each bedroom has a different but lovely interior decor. The bedroom off the great room and the pool house bedroom both have 4-poster king sized beds. In the 2-level building off the courtyard, the 1st floor bedroom has 2 twin beds that convert to a king bed (as shown here), while the upper level bedroom has a king bed and is decorated in a French countryside décor.

CARIBBEAN VILLA'S VIEW. Ti Moune fits in very well with the recently built and elegant villas located in Point Rendezvous. Ti Moune has one of the preferred lots in Point Rendezvous, thus it is blessed with great views and good breezes. As these photos show, this is a very pretty home that is spacious, comfortable and stylish. A feature about Ti Moune that the photos do not show is the constant attention paid to it by its owners. The owners live on St. John and are constantly improving Ti Moune and insuring its overall excellence. You will not see them while you are a guest (your privacy is sacred), but you will certainly see the results of their diligent efforts.

The layout of Ti Moune gives it plenty of space, privacy and comfort for 4 couples or 1-2 families. If you lock off the rear bedrooms this would also be a perfect sized villa for 1-2 couples. Its soft colors and lovely décor also give this home a warm romantic flavor that makes it an excellent candidate for honeymooners and lovers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

All payments are non-refundable.

This villa has a $50 non-refundable security deposit waiver which covers up to the first $500 in accidental damage. Damage must be reported to the local office while you are on island, otherwise it will not be covered.

There is a $50 check-in fee for all arrivals on 9pm to midnight boat.

PHONE SERVICE/CELL PHONES: Local phone service is interrupted regularly and in spite of our efforts to reinstate service it can some times take weeks. AT&T is the only cell service we find operates efficiently on the island. If you do not have AT&T we strongly suggest you bring a pay as you go AT&T cell phone with you as we do not provide cell phones should the local phone service be interrupted.

Internet Service: The internet service is subject to frequent interruption. We cannot guarantee internet quality or speed. Renters might find it convenient to travel with a cellular carrier MiFi – a couple of examples are AT&T and Virgin Mobile. There will be no refunds due to the internet not working.

Pool Floats: Pool floats are not guaranteed with your villa rental. If you want access to them, please bring them with you.
