Kismet is a luxurious 6-bedroom 6.5 bath private estate with a heated pool, hot tub, home theater and stunning 360° views of turquoise blue Caribbean seas.

The villa has a Moroccan feel to its design, with the colorful inlaid tile work, the cusped archways, and extensive landscaped gardens and walkways which run throughout the tropical estate. You will enjoy walking the one-acre grounds, to find the hidden gems, from colorful flowers and palm trees to a covered dining gazebo, a quaint little hideaway, perfect for enjoying your morning breakfast.

Our favorite gathering area is the Sunrise & Sunset Tower. Bring your favorite cocktails and scrumptious charcuterie boards and settle back into the comfortable cushioned circular seating. Raise a glass to each other and sit back and enjoy the fiery sunsets and the ever changing colors of the evening skyline. You are sure to create wonderful once in a lifetime memories together.

The home is designed in a U-shape with the main house on the left, the master bedroom in the middle and the bedroom wing on the right. The home wraps around the sun deck, heated pool, hot tub and outside dining area. There is ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy the peaceful serenity of this beautiful home.

The air-conditioned main house includes your living, dining, and kitchen areas, all beautifully appointed with a guest’s comfort in mind. Just off the living room is the home theater, where you can pick a movie from its extensive library collection, or bring your own with you, and then sit back and enjoy.

The home comfortably sleeps 12 and each of the 6 air-conditioned bedrooms are elegantly furnished and include king beds, tv’s, and private en-suite baths with tiled showers. Each bedroom has its own personality, and we are curious to know, which will be your favorite?

Kismet is a non-smoking villa.

Living and Dining:  The living room at Kismet is elegantly designed with esthetically pleasing colors and furnishings, which gracefully accent the Moroccan architectural design of the interior.  The spacious sectional couch and chairs surround the 70″ 4K flat screen TV and built-in cocktail bar with a mini-fridge.  The entertainment does not stop there as the living room also includes a game table, perfect for playing board games, doing puzzles, or enjoying a competitive card game.

The interior dining area includes a spacious table that comfortably seats up to 10 people, with a nearby table that can accommodate an additional 4 people.  The outdoor dining table is located on the sun deck and comfortably seats 12.  There is also an outside dining table for 4 under the covered gazebo, a perfect hideaway spot for those looking for some quiet time together.

Kitchen:  The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and if you are one who enjoys creating a delicious meal, you will have everything you need to do so.  Or, should you prefer, hire one of the amazing chef’s available on St. John, and have them create your culinary delight.  The kitchen includes double ovens, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots/pans, glassware, dishes, and utensils.  A newly added outdoor kitchen features a built in Weber gas grill for your grilling pleasure.

Bedrooms:  The owners of Kismet have created 6 well appointed master suites, all beautifully decorated, and furnished with comfort in mind.  Each air-conditioned bedroom includes a king bed, private en-suite bath with tiled shower, flat screen TV’s, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers, and a safe to store your valuables.

Home Theater: 75″ 4K UHD LED screen & 5.1 Dolby sound & Apple TV streaming system for you to stream from personal account.  Also included is a vast library of movies on DVD & BluRay.  The theater includes 10 plush, motorized, reclining seats, cozy individual throws & black out curtains for optimal viewing pleasure.

Gym: Equipped with The Mirror smart home gym system offering countless varied workouts accessed through the villa Ipad or app download.  Is equipped with a full range of dumbbells, kettlebells & resistance bands.

Internet:  Satellite internet & wireless connections available in every room & extends to the pool & patio.

Stereo: Sonos music system with 4 zones – dining room, living room, pool, and patio areas.

Housekeeping – Services include daily tiding, making of beds & linen changes weekly.

Generator:  The private generator on property is capable of running the entire property for an extended period.

Security:  Electronically operated gate at entrance to the house, lockable gate located at the main entrance to the house, security cameras located at property entrance & property access points only.  Safes are located in each of the bedrooms.

Transportation: Kismet provides private limo pick-up from the St. Thomas airport to a ferry or private boat upon arrival & departure for one group of the guests.  Unfortunately, multiple arrival & departures cannot be accommodated and you will need to arrange this independently.

On Site Caretaker/Concierge:  the caretakers are available to assist you with recommendations, and help with dinner reservations, booking boat excursions, and sharing their vast knowledge to enhance your travel experience.

At the south tip of the peninsula between Great Cruz Bay Harbor and Chocolate Hole Harbor is a perfect place called Maria Bluff. With a mix of luxury residential and rental homes, Maria Bluff offers the best of the Caribbean.

Kismet is a luxurious estate with 360° views spanning from Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay and across to St. Thomas.  No matter which way you turn, you will be in awe as you gaze out to the magnificent views.  By day, you will enjoy the ever changing colors of the turquoise blue seas and as evening settles in, you will want to be home, as the magnificent and fiery sunsets are something to behold.  Located just a 5 – 6 minute drive from Cruz Bay, you can easily access the shops, grocery stores and the first class restaurants in Cruz Bay.

CELL PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone service on St. John may be spotty with certain carriers. Additionally, North Shore locations may pick up cell towers on Tortola (The British Virgin Islands). If this occurs, expensive roaming charges could potentially be applied to your bill and/or you may be charged international rates. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR PERSONAL CELL PHONE PLAN BEFORE TRAVELING TO THE ISLAND. This villa is equipped with Wilson Cellular Signal Booster Technology, which is positioned towards St. Thomas. The system serves to stabilize and strengthen incoming and outgoing cellular phone and Internet signals at the house, and, in most cases, your communications will be via cell towers on St. Thomas and not Tortola. St. Thomas antennas are AT&T dominated. Thus, cell phone users on St. John find AT&T the company of choice for coverage, efficiency, and, at times, to avoid roaming charges. You may wish to consider a pay-as-you-go AT&T phone for your vacation if you use another carrier. Again, know your cell phone plan. Lastly, for communicating with friends and relatives off island from the villa, always consider your computer’s video Skype mode via the house’s WiFi system. In most cases, this will be free.

LOCAL PHONE SERVICE: Local phone service is available at this villa through the island’s only telephone company. As with many services on St. John, it can occasionally be interrupted. We will do our best to remedy the situation should this happen. Again, you may wish to consider a pay-as-you-go AT&T cell phone, since we do not provide cell phones should local phone service be compromised.

INTERNET SERVICE:Internet on St. John has traditionally been poor and via the Island’s single telephone company using DSL connections. On a Clear Day … is proud to announce that our Internet service is now provided Love City Community Network (LCCN), a non-profit, high speed, fiberoptic initiative created from the ground up by St. John Islanders immediately post Hurricane Irma in order to supply the area with emergency communication. Should LCCN connectivity be lost, villa Internet fails over to a backup AT&T cellular connection. A suggested backup system for guests to be used on other parts of St. John and in St. Thomas is mobile cellular Internet MiFi via AT&T or Virgin Mobile.

We are sorry that there can be no refunds for Internet and/or telephone failure.

PHONE SERVICE/CELL PHONES: Local phone service is interrupted regularly and in spite of our efforts to reinstate service it can sometimes take weeks. AT&T is the only cell service we find operates efficiently on the island. If you do not have AT&T we strongly suggest you bring a pay as you go AT&T cell phone with you as we do not provide cell phones should the local phone service be interrupted.

POOL FLOATS: Pool floats are not guaranteed with your villa rental. If you want access to them, please bring them with you.
