LOCATION. Infinity is located within the exclusive Virgin Grand Estates, two lots below its neighbors, Rapture, Vista Caribe and Kalorama. The Virgin Grande Estates is a private and quiet gated community of recently built (since 1995) multi million dollar designer vacation homes. Infinity is located about 550 feet above the Caribbean Sea and offers first-rate views that stretch from the southeast to the northwest and include St. James Island, St. Thomas, and many other distant islands. The sun sweeps across the Caribbean from morning to sunset and provides you with a constantly changing colorful seascape, including beautiful sunset views. Infinity faces south - southwest so you get gentle breezes and sun on your pool deck from 9 am to sunset – this is another villa for sun lover’s. About a half-mile below you are the restaurants, beach and fitness room of the Westin Resort (you have to walk the last quarter mile), while the restaurants and shops of the always enjoyable village of Cruz Bay are a 10 – 15 minute drive, entirely on paved roads.

DESIGN. Infinity is a 2-level home with the great room, two bedroom/baths and a covered deck on the upper level, and 2 more bedroom/baths and a half bath on the lower level. The pool, sundeck, and another covered deck, are also on the lower level, which is accessed by both interior and exterior stairs. All four bedrooms may be accessed from either the upper or lower deck, or from an interior hallway.
You park on the upper level and enter into the 800 sq/ft great room, which contains the living, dining and kitchen areas, all looking out at the gorgeous views through 8 foot tall, screened sliding glass doors. A covered deck runs the full length (60’) of the upper level and offers comfortable seating and a dining table.
Infinity is a unique custom design that blends traditional and modern design concepts. The floor plan and exterior features are of a traditional Caribbean design, but the interior furnishings and décor are more of a modern design, not unlike its distinctive neighbor, Kalorama. It’s a very pleasing balance of modern and traditional features that create a distinctive vacation home.

LIVING/DINING. The living area is a great place for relaxing and enjoying a movie on the 42” flat screen satellite TV with DVD and CD, or you can just enjoy the view through the sliding glass doors.

You have many choices for formal or informal dining. Inside, a mahogany table seats 8, while the kitchen bar seats 4. On the upper deck a teak table seats 6 – 8, while on the pool deck there is a table that seats 4.

KITCHEN. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a kitchen island that seats 4 and houses a 5-burner gas cook top stove, and a s/s wall unit contains both microwave and convection ovens. There is also a s/s refrigerator/freezer, double sink, dishwasher, and wine cooler, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven and plenty of cookware and dinnerware. There is a gas barbeque grill on the deck, and a laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located off the kitchen.

BEDROOMS. All four air conditioned bedrooms are spacious (about 300 sq/ft) and are equipped with a tiled bath and shower and a 26” flat screen TV, and all have screened sliding glass doors that open to either the upper or lower deck. Three bedrooms have king beds and the lower right bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bedrooms on both levels are on opposite ends of the house to insure very good privacy.

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' COMMENTS. Construction of Infinity was completed in February of 2009. This is a stylish home located in a neighborhood of private and fashionable rental villas. With luxurious neighbors like Rapture, C’est Bleu and Kalorama, you can be assured that this is an exclusive neighborhood, and Infinity fits right in. Its Best Features include;

• Magnificent views from inside or outside your villa, including picturesque daytime views, wonderful sunsets and romantic evening views of St. Thomas,
• Four equally sized air conditioned (300 sq/ft) bedrooms, each with very good privacy, and a 26” flat screen TV,
• A 24 foot pool surrounded by a large tiled sundeck that is bathed in sun from 9 in the morning until sunset. For outdoor relaxing in the shade, there is a covered sitting area.
• Indoor and outdoor living and relaxation areas on the upper level,
• A handsome and well equipped kitchen.

With equal sized bedrooms this is a good choice for couples and this design also accommodates 2 families in comfort and privacy.

If you do not have AT&T we strongly suggest you bring a pay as you go AT&T cell phone with you as we do not provide cell phones should the local phone service be interrupted.

Internet Service: The internet service is subject to frequent interruption. We cannot guarantee internet quality or speed. Renters might find it convenient to travel with a cellular carrier MiFi – a couple of examples are AT&T and Virgin Mobile. There will be no refunds due to the internet not working.

Pool Floats: Pool floats are not guaranteed with your villa rental. If you want access to them, please bring them with you.
