LOCATION. This home is one of a few alluring rental villas located along the north shore within the unspoiled and uniquely beautiful V. I. National Park. It is the neighbor of Cinnamon Ridge, and both of these outstanding homes are located about 170’ above Cinnamon Beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The 200 degree view is one of the most gorgeous in all of the Caribbean and has been featured on the covers of Islands and Caribbean Travel and Life magazines. The view includes Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, a dozen other islands and dazzling white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Cinnamon Bay, Trunk Bay and Peter Bay lie below you and offer excellent swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, wind surfing, sunning and relaxing.

DESIGN. The National Park setting of this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa offers some of the most beautiful views and undisturbed tranquillity and privacy available on St. John, yet you're only 10 - 15 minutes from Cruz Bay. Like the setting, the villa itself is superb. With it's 35 foot beamed cathedral ceilings, terra cotta tiled floors, spacious living area, wrap around decks, large pool and sundeck and romantic garden hottub, this is the very essence of a refined and exclusive, yet very comfortable island home.

LIVING/DINING. As you enter through 9 foot mahogany doors, a 23 foot wall of glass reveals one of the most beautiful views in the Caribbean. The 35 foot beamed cathedral ceiling with skylights gives the living area a grand feeling, while the rattan and wicker furniture and the accessories impart a tropical essence. A cable color TV/DVD and a stereo/cassette/CD player provides some entertainment, but the real entertainment lies just outside your walls in the beauty that surrounds you.

Meals may be served at any of 3 dining areas. The table on the covered dining deck off the kitchen seats 6 - 8, the interior dining table seats 4 - 6 and the tables on the pool deck also seat 4 - 6.

KITCHEN. The beautiful marble and mahogany kitchen should keep any chef happy, with a 4 burner stove and oven, refrig/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and telephone. A half bath and washer/dryer are located off the kitchen and a gas barbecue is located on the covered deck.

BEDROOMS. As you enter this very refined villa to your left and right are handsome mahogany stairs that lead up to very private master and guest bedrooms, both of which are on the upper level and enjoy marvelous views . The master bedroom (king) has a large walk-in closet, a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fans, a tiled bath and shower, a relaxing whirlpool bath and a private deck. Both guest bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins-convert to king) have a tiled bath and shower and both bedrooms open to private breakfast decks.

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' VIEW. We were delighted to add this elegant, tropically splendid villa to our portfolio in 1999, for this is one of the most outstanding 3 bedroom villas in the Virgin Islands. This National Park setting is the very essence of pristine island splendor, with magnificent day and evening views, undisturbed privacy and total peace and quiet, yet you're only a 1/2 mile from the dazzling white sands and calm turquoise waters of Cinnamon Bay. Like the setting, the house is a knockout with an abundance of style and class. With the completion of an extensive remodeling in November, 1999, including an exquisite new 26’ pool with a heatpump, a sundeck, and a 6 person hot tub, this villa graduated from great to magnificent.

Cinnamon Bay Estate is ideal for 1 - 3 couples or families and it's romantic setting makes this a perfect home for honeymooners and lovers. For larger families or groups, or for a wedding in a dreamlike, never to be forgotten setting, Cinnamon Bay Estate can be rented along with it's beautiful neighbor, Cinnamon Ridge, for a total of 8 bedrooms (16 people) in paradise.
