Seashore Allure. Upon its completion in November of 2010, Seashore Allure became the most deluxe condominium resort on St. John. With the exception of the Ritz-Carlton on St. Thomas, Seashore Allure also sets a new standard of luxury for condos in the entire US Virgin Islands.
This small resort consists of just eight units, including four 1-bedroom units, two 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 690 to 2100 sq/ft. The units share a 30’ pool that is surrounded by a marble sundeck with a gazebo, wet bar, refrigerator, TV, gas grill and table for eight. The units also share a 4-person hot tub, located on the top floor with romantic sunset views to the west and views of the sparkling Caribbean to the south.

Location. These eight condos are located about 70 feet from the Caribbean on Turner Bay, which is the second bay (the first being Cruz Bay) in the town of Cruz Bay. It ís about a 2 minute drive to the ferry dock and to the restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, groceries and nightlife in Cruz Bay. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to St. John's famous north shore national park beaches.

Unit 8 - Nautilus. Nautilus is the top floor unit on the left, as seen from the water. This is a 2 story unit with the 4th floor accessed by an interior mahogany spiral staircase. The interior of Nautilus is a mirror image of Ramosus, the other 2-story 3-bedroom unit. Both Nautilus and Ramosus have lovely water views, each has two master bedrooms and a guest bedroom and two decks, Brazilian teak and marble floors, the best home theater system which plays through 9 speakers, 1-person spa tubs and beautiful bathrooms complete with a bidet. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

• Nothing but good things to say about stay at Seashore Allure (#8). The staff was very welcoming and the accomodations were incredible. We had a great time and two of our adult sons ran the 8 Tuff miles and lived to talk about it!

The kitchen has teak floors, Brazilian granite countertops and lyptus cabinets, a 26in. flatscreen TV, and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer with ice plus filtered water, a 4 burner gas stove and oven, wine cooler, D/W, and microwave.
