Seashore Allure. Upon its completion in November of 2010, Seashore Allure became the most deluxe condominium resort on St. John. With the exception of the Ritz-Carlton on St. Thomas, Seashore Allure also sets a new standard of luxury for condos in the entire US Virgin Islands.
This small resort consists of just eight units, including four 1-bedroom units, two 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 690 to 2100 sq/ft. The units share a 30’ pool that is surrounded by a marble sundeck with a gazebo, wet bar, refrigerator, TV, gas grill and table for eight. The units also share a 4-person hot tub, located on the top floor with romantic sunset views to the west and views of the sparkling Caribbean to the south.

Location. These eight condos are located about 70 feet from the Caribbean on Turner Bay, which is the second bay (the first being Cruz Bay) in the town of Cruz Bay. It ís about a 2 minute drive to the ferry dock and to the restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, groceries and nightlife in Cruz Bay. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to St. John's famous north shore national park beaches.

Unit 4 - Trochas. As you look at Seashore Allure from the water, Trochas is the first floor unit on the far left. The interior of Trochas is a mirror image of Areola, the first floor unit on the far right. Both Trochas and Areola are larger than the other two 1-bedroom units and both have Brazilian teak floors, superb home theaters, 2-person spa tubs and beautiful bathrooms complete with a bidet. There are three sets of washer dryers located on the basement level for use by guests of the 1-bedroom units.

The view from the kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer with ice/filtered water, a cook- top stove with convection plus regular ovens, D/W, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware and dinnerware.

There is an arched window to pass drinks from the kitchen/dining area to someone (you) in the spa tub on the other side of the beautiful stone wall.

The bedroom of Trochas

The bath is tiled in travertine and noche marble and noche marble, and has a 2-person spa tub, a bidet, and a shower with both rainforest and full body shower heads.
