and relaxing. THE GROUNDS. Oceanport is one of a handful of vacation homes built along the beach of Hart Bay, a small, semi-sheltered cove that forms the western most portion of Rendezvous Bay. The home is located in the middle of the bay directly above its turquoise waters. LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. The oversized oceanview windows provide a very bright and cheerful interior. The tiled floors, interior walls and arches, 30' exposed beam cathedral ceilings, and varnished mahogany stairs are all accentuated by sunlight from the dramatic 20' arched windows. The white rattan furniture includes an upholstered couch, loveseat, and chair that are complemented by end tables, lamps, rugs, artwork, and a glass topped cocktail table. Ceiling fans and screened sliding glass doors that open to the tradewinds insure a comfortably cool interior, while a TV with cable and VCR, stereo and cassette player provide the entertainment. The formal dining room contains a glass topped white wicker table that seats 8. Exterior dining may be done at the wetbar/garden patio area or at the unique cliffside table that overlooks the beach and seats 8. The large, modern kitchen has attractive tiled floors and countertops and is very well equipped, including a large GE refrigerator/freezer, built in microwave, GE Pot scrubber dishwasher, Moen sinks, a heavy duty GE washer and dryer, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and a very complete assortment of cookware, serving utensils, and dinnerware. A telephone and gas BBQ grill are also included. |

| BEDROOMS. The 3 bedrooms, (two queens, one set of twins), are all large, tiled masters, (all are equal in size and appointments). Each bedroom has a large fully tiled bath and shower, lots of closet space, and a large private deck accessed through screened sliding glass doors. Every bedroom is located on the ocean side of the house and offers excellent privacy combined with mesmerizing views. The breathtaking daily view of a dazzling ball of fire rising out of a cobalt blue sea is a lovely and romantic wake up that will be long remembered. |
