Dolphin Run. The design of this 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa combines elements of traditional and modern architecture to create a clean and comfortable waterfront villa. Dolphin Run was built in 1992 in Hart Bay, atop the ridgeline separating Hart Bay from Chocolate Hole Harbor, and it captures 260 degree views, including magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Other wonderful features are the unique wraparound decks on both the upper and lower levels, which provide stunning views from every room, especially the second floor bedrooms. The swimming pool and sundeck are ideal for relaxing in "tan-everywhere" privacy, while a short walk to Hart Bay Beach brings you to exciting snorkeling and swimming. BEDROOMS. One bedroom (2 twins) with a half bath is located on the 1st floor while 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 set of twins) are located upstairs, each with a large tiled bath. The tiled baths are located between the bedrooms so that no bedrooms have common walls. Eight foot screened sliding glass doors open to private decks on all 4 bedrooms. The views from each bedroom are different, looking east, south and west, but all are gorgeous.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN.The living and dining rooms are ringed by numerous 8' screened sliding glass doors that create a bright, cheerful interior and provide cooling breezes via the constant trade winds. The living and dining furniture is an antique white rattan by Henry Link with upholstered floral cushions. Living room furnishings include 2 wicker couches, cushioned chairs, a matching wicker desk set, terra cotta tiled floors, ceiling fans, recessed ceiling lights, potted plants, and Caribbean artwork. A Toshiba 25 inch cable color TV with VCR and a Sony stereo with CD and cassette player provide the electronic entertainment. Dine inside at the wicker and glass table seating 8 or outside on the dining patio at the table seating 6-8. The handcrafted varnished mahogany and cypress cabinetry insures a clean, crisp and handsome kitchen that begs you to try your hand at creating some Caribbean cuisine. An attractive mahogany and tile wet bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. Kitchen appliances include a GE refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Panasonic microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker and a complete assortment of cookware, serverware, dinnerware and utensils. A telephone, gas BBQ and beachchairs are included.
