Location and Design. Completed in 2000,
Happy Moon is a romantic and private 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa that
was cut from the tropical forest on Ajax Mountain (Coral
Bay - Northern Hill). The house sits about 700 feet above sea level
and has marvelous views that sweep from the British Virgin Islands in
the east to Bordeaux Mountain in the south. The majestic views include
brilliant sunrises, turquoise seas and green mountains. Although Happy
Moon was designed to capture the fantastic views, care was also taken
to preserve a feeling of serenity and privacy in this mountainside hideaway.
This picturesque Caribbean styled villa consists of 2 pavilions (buildings) on one level that are separated by a pool and sundeck. The living, dining and kitchen are in one pavilion (with full bath), while the 2 bedrooms are located in the second pavilion, sharing the bath.
Bedrooms. The attractively furnished and identical bedrooms both have queen beds, a/c, ceiling fans and covered decks. A very stylish and fully tiled double vanity bath and shower is located between the bedrooms and the second full bath and shower is located in the living pavilion.

Living/Kitchen/Dining. The cozy living area is fully air-conditioned and features a cable color TV/VCR and a stereo/cd/cassette. You may dine either inside or on the deck, both with tables that seat 4. The tiled kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, blender, toaster oven, triple filtered drinking water, cookware, etc. A Webber grill is on the deck and a washer/dryer is below the deck.

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' COMMENTS. Happy Moon is the next door neighbor of the very popular villa Aria and many of our comments concerning Aria also apply to Happy Moon. We like this pretty, Caribbean flavored villa for its peaceful and natural setting that provides striking views of mountains and sea. The tan everywhere privacy, a pool and large sun deck and fully air-conditioned comfort also make this an attractive vacation hideaway. This child proof railing, absence of stairs and proximity to National Park beaches makes this a good choice for families. The idyllic and private essence of Happy Moon, coupled with its attractive price, also make this a top choice as an affordable and romantic retreat for honeymooners and lovers of all ages.
