The comfortable (700) sq. ft. living room is surrounded on 3 sides by more than 60' of glass, thus insuring that the spectacular views are clearly visible from the living, dining and kitchen areas. All have beautiful views and face East for a memorable morning sunrise. Screened sliding glass doors open to private porches and ceiling fans insure excellent ventilation. The tiled master bath is very handsome while the other 2 bathrooms are also done in an attractive tile decor. Exterior stairs lead to the bedrooms, with the two guest bedrooms located a level below the master. The master bedroom has a tiled bath, the guest bedrooms share a tiled bath and the third bath is located off the living room.
