Beach Music is an excellent 4 bedroom (3 kings and 2 twins that convert to a king), 3 bath, 2 level
home located in a quiet, scenic setting on the waters edge at Chocolate Hole Harbor. A quick 2 minute walk down a private path leads to a
beautiful sandy beach with calm turquoise waters, and good swimming and snorkeling among reef fish and turtles. The house itself is unusually
spacious (4500 sq. ft.) with a traditional Caribbean design featuring cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, walls of beautiful native
stonework, terra cotta tiled floors throughout, multiple ceiling fans, screened sliding glass and oiled French mahogany doors that open to
beautiful harbor views, furnishings and accessories of mahogany, wicker and rattan, a large pool and sundeck, colorful tropical landscaping,
a deck off every bedroom, and a billiards room with a regulation (professional) slate pool table. |

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. Beach Music is unique in that it contains a great room plus a totally screened in reading room plus a
separate harbor view billiards room. The main living room contains upholstered rattan and wicker furniture seating 8, a 27" cable
color TV with DVD, surround sound and CD player, Caribbean wall hangings and other tropical accessories. The reading room quietly
seats 4 on wicker furniture, while the lower level billiards room contains a regulation pool table plus a bar and refrigerator. The
interior dining table seats 8-10 comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen includes custom mahogany cabinets, new stainless steel appliances that include, a dishwasher, stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Also included are a toaster, blender, coffeemaker, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils and kitchenware. There is a first floor washer/dryer and a gas grill is on the deck.

BEDROOMS. The upper master bedrooms (kings) both have tiled baths/showers and 12 foot screened sliding glass
doors that recess into the walls to provide soft breezes and romantic harbor views. The two lower bedrooms (one king and one with two
twins that convert to a king) are air-conditioned and share the lower bath. The bedrooms are located on both ends of both levels of the
house to insure maximum sound and visual privacy and each bedroom is well appointed and accessorized. |

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' COMMENTS. The upscale, tranquil location of this villa, on the water at Chocolate Hole Harbor,
is highly desired for its picturesque views and privacy, easy access to swimming, snorkeling and boating, and its 5 minute proximity to Cruz
Bay, while the roomy interior, with its accent on personal privacy, space and comfort, will easily accommodate 4 couples or a large group or
family. Among the unique features of Beach Music are the second living (reading) room, the billiards room and handicapped accessibility. One
of our guests wrote in his evaluation, "Who couldn't fall in love with this house and want to stay forever?" Our answer is "no one," for
everyone will find something they love about this villa.
