2 bedroom, 2 bath villa that was skillfully carved out of the tropical
forest on Ajax Mountain in 1997 (Coral
Bay - Northern Hillside). To the east and south are beautiful sweeping
views of turquoise seas, blazing sunrises, Bordeaux Mountain, Coral Bay,
and the British Virgin Islands. On the other 2 sides of this villa the
natural, tropical environment was carefully preserved, thus giving Aria
the essence of a quiet, cozy, nestled on a tropical mountain hideaway.
From either the pool deck or the upper deck, it is apparent that Aria
is an environmentally sensitive home that was designed and built to be
very much in harmony with its peaceful, natural surroundings. But inside,
Aria is a spotlessly clean, cool, home with tiled floors, custom made
mahogany furniture, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, satellite
tv, and a sound system with great acoustics.
LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN. The living room seats 4 on a loveseat and 2 chairs which are accented by custom built mahogany furniture. The view from the living or dining areas through screened sliding glass doors is superb. You will also enjoy the entertainment package, with a color tv/vcr with an Alpha star satellite dish, and a stereo/cassette/cd with wall mounted KLM speakers. White tiled floors, white walls and white countertops contrast nicely with the beautiful custom built mahogany cabinets in the kitchen. With all this white there's no place for dirt to hide; this is a spotless kitchen and a very clean and crisp living environment. The kitchen includes a 4 burner stove/oven, dishwasher, refrig/freezer, double ceramic sink plus disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, gas grill and telephone/fax. A washer/dryer is off the lower bedroom.
You may dine inside on casual bar stools at the kitchen island or outside on the upper deck at the table for four.

MANAGEMENT COMMENTS. The serenely natural setting
of Aria, its spectacular views, tan anywhere privacy, pool and sun deck,
jacuzzi, and a cozy, relaxing interior make this villa an ideal romantic
hideaway for one or two couples. Because it is only 1-2 miles to beautiful
Maho Bay and other National Park beaches, and 1-2 miles to restaurants,
groceries and video rentals in Coral Bay, Aria is also recommended for
small families with children over 12. For those who wish to be surrounded
by St John's fabled natural beauty and peaceful tranquillity, but don't
wish to give up the comfort of a spotlessly clean, air conditioned modern
villa, we think that you will love Aria. If you're interested in this
