Caribbean Villas and Resorts is a condo and villa management company located on St John in the US Virgin Islands. We began renting villas on St John in 1985 and we now offer the largest and finest selection of rental villas and condominiums on St. John. In 2003, we began renting properties in Tortola, so if you are interested in traveling to one of the British Virgin Islands we have some of the finest properties available.

Our principal office is located in Cruz Bay, St John at the Lumberyard Complex. The St John office is managed by Diane Jannelle and Chris Barbich, who oversee all guest services and the maintenance and cleaning of all our properties. Our island staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and are on duty or on call 24 hours a day to insure that you have a great vacation.

Our villa consultants (reservations staff) work out of our business office in Scarborough, Maine. All reservations staff (Diane, Dolores, Kris, and Kathy) travel to St John on a regular basis and have an in depth personal knowledge of the island, its people and our properties. Their job is to help you plan a wonderful vacation, including choosing the right villa, renting a jeep, or boat, purchasing airline tickets or planning island activities.

From the time that you choose your villa or condo until you bid your last sad farewell to St John, we'll help you with every step of your vacation. Since 1985 we have taken excellent care of thousands of guests who have fallen in love with St John, and we'll bet that if you rent one of our villas or condos that you too will have one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations of your life.
