About Caribbean Villas and Resorts ~ Caribbean Resort Villas

Caribbean Villas and Resorts is a condo and villa management company located on St John in the US Virgin Islands. We began renting villas on St John in 1985 and we now offer the largest and finest selection of rental villas and condominiums on St. John.

 Our principal office is located in Cruz Bay, St John at the Lumberyard Complex.  The St John office is managed by Christine Barbich and Curtis Penn, who oversee all guest services and the maintenance and cleaning of all our properties.  Our island staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and are on duty or on call 24 hours a day to insure that you have a great vacation

Our villa consultants (reservations staff) work out of our business office in Scarborough, Maine.  All reservations staff (Diane, Dolores and Kris) travel to St John on a regular basis and have an in depth personal knowledge of the island, its people and our properties. Their job is to help you plan a wonderful vacation, including choosing the right villa, renting a jeep and making suggestions for your island activities.

From the time that you choose your villa or condo until you bid your last sad farewell to St John, we will help you with every step of your vacation.
